After over 20yrs working for others and watching as firms grew and expanded how their customer service diminished, Alisha Butler (Director of Phoenix Legal limited) decided to set up a firm that would always have the customer service at the forefront and so Phoenix Legal Limited was formed.
With her experience of dealing with catastrophically injured clients Alisha was able to take what those clients needed in terms of care throughout a claim and develop a system whereby every client, no matter what the value of their claim, could rely on the same level of customer care.
