Phoenix Space is a non-profit organization focused on providing STEM education based on the inspirational theme of space science to refugee and disadvantaged students globally to improve their life opportunities. Our vision is to inspire and empower the young disadvantaged communities, providing them with valuable skills that will open the doors to extraordinary opportunities in further education and employment alike. We also hope that this project will help to change the perception of refugees and will act as a catalyst to bring about a collaborative effort in tackling the consequences of the Humanitarian Crisis. 2020 Space MissionYoung refugees as well as other high school age students from hosting communities in Turkey, Jordan, and Lebanon will participate in a cutting-edge educational program based on the central theme of space and space science, combining mathematics, electronics, physics and project management. Our one-year educational program, commencing in Turkey, will culminate in launching into space a satellite that will not only be partially constructed and programmed by the students but will also broadcast their message into space! hoenix Space Education Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 12340748.
