Phoneta - Inbound And Outbound Communication Specialists Description
Phoneta has evolved from Kernow Business Messaging Service and Kernow Message Handling services.
In 1993 a LaVerne Caddy retired from the Ambulance service and set up a telephone answering service for GP's. The initial expectation would be to maintain business in Cornwall, and the business was named Kernow Message Handling Services.
Both Sons, Kevyn and Andrew joined the business and became Directors and over time their Children, Anthony, Steve, Alex, Simon, Michael, Kerry-Anne and Sam have worked in the business.
Anthony is the Current Director, Simon is the IT and Accounts Manager, Steve and Alex are the Operations Manager, Michael supports the software development and Sam is one of the Business Development Manager's. In 2016 Andrew retired from the Business as a Director, leaving Kevyn and Anthony to run the business. More recently Richard Woods was appointed as Sales, Marketing and Operations Manager and through his expertise he has assisted in re-branding the business as Phoneta.
Phoneta was evolved as the services of Kernow Business Messaging and Kernow Message handling services were evolving. The demands of our clients required us to not only look after Vets but Business needed us more than ever using us to out-source their call handling, over-flow and call messaging. The business is now divided into for main services.

Phoneta offers a professional and affordable service to us for taking our calls on a pay as you go basis saving us having to employ someone full time to sit and wait for the phone to ring. I have been using Phoneta for the past 4 weeks and I can honestly say I don't know what I would do without it!
