Having a pleasant day making these tray`s for cream teas. Now I wonder where these are for ??. All of the plates I managed to pick up for a few pennies frim charity shops, which meant I only had to buy the metal rods. Before & after shots.

A busy weekend, designing new jewellery pieces & choosing new limited prints. So today I`m having a much slower day, to allow my body to rest & mind to catch up. So where else would you find me but sitting ready to NATTER & CHATTER at Moments café & Community hub, from about 10:30. Every time I visit the Royal William yard for a walk, I am finding lots of lovely hidden gems. Also enjoyed a 2nd nice cup of coffee, of the morning at the Column House Café.

Picked up this lovely old sewing box, yesterday for £3:00. Now it`s become a superb storage box for my larger pieces for making new one off jewellery pieces. Using a combination of old & new pieces (in some cases like these hair grips their all new). Just made these new large hear grips for sale (P.M me for prices).

WE MUST NEVER BE AFRAID TO SAY HELP. After almost 50 years, I finally asked for help & the results were that I am now receiving the correct treatment, which will allow me to have a much better quality life. For many years I have suffered with bouts of depressions & chronic illnesses, but about 18 months ago I was diagnosed with mental health problems (finally). At first I was afraid to tell anyone in case they thought I was dangerous, we still have this very unfair stigma ar...ound those 2 x words mental health, carried over from the Victorian era. But having mental health problems need to be talked about openly, not kept behind closed doors or in dark corners. I beg you dear friends, once you have made that first step & spoke to someone, that's when doors will open for you & your life will change for the better I promise. Last year I received almost 2 x dozen cognitive sessions which was really helpful. Now this week, I have just completed session no:7 of a possible 30+, with my new therapist, & undergoing psychodynamic psychotherapy & I`m very pleased to say though many tears have been shed, I already feel better about myself & the future. A few weeks ago I visited a local beach, where I felt I needed to build my own little stature, & it gave me such a spiritual lift. Now I`m re-building my life, in a way just like the tower, in getting my foundation right.
