We believe that Pilates should be available to everyone whatever your ability. We strive to make a difference in people’s lives, helping people to manage their conditions and feel more in control.

We provide fun and relaxed Pilates classes enabling every client to work at their own level, towards goals that are important to them. Classes work on posture, balance, flexibility and strength, helping you feel fitter and stronger, whilst having fun along the way!
