How much time do you spend sitting each day? 8 hours? more than 10? This article will explain the reasons why standing is good for you! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-245329 96

If you are over 40 and your hips and knees are starting to get achy, don't ignore them! New research shows that physiotherapy treatment can make a big difference that really lasts. http://physiotherapy.org.nz/…/nz-study- shows-osteoarthriti…/
Good luck to everyone taking part in the RideLondon-Surrey 100, especially Alex (our Finance Manager)! This ride will be the largest Sportive in the history of the UK and a stunning new legacy event from the London 2012 Olympic games. See the route and find out more www.PrudentialRideLondon.co.uk
Sprained ankle?
Research suggests that 70% of people who injure their ankle continue to have on-going problems and 80% of people go on to re-injure the same ankle again.
A recent study published in the JOSPT journal found that patients who went to physiotherapy and had hands on manual therapy and specific supervised exercises had significantly superior improvements in pain and function than a simple exercise programme.
... At Physio at Work all of our physiotherapists are highly trained and skilled to evaluate your ankle injury and start you on the right treatment and exercise programme to get you moving again.
