PhysioforMums is a highly recommended specialised physiotherapy service in Henley-on-Thames offering mums-to-be and new mums support and treatments for a range of conditions including back pain, pelvic girdle pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck /shoulder /upper back pain, Rectus Abdominis Diastasis and pregnancy related pelvic floor dysfunction or bladder /bowel problems.

It has been set up by Sarah Cary (BSc, MCSP, HCPC) who believes too many women feel there is little that can be done to help manage these problems and that they have to 'put up with them', but this simply isn't the case; a personalised, specialised physiotherapy treatment program can help to alleviate symptoms and improve outcomes, allowing women to enjoy this unique and precious time in their lives.

Sarah is a fully qualified, insured and registered Chartered Physiotherapist and has worked in the NHS and private sectors around London and South Oxfordshire for more than 10 years. As a mum of three (now aged 6, 4, and 1) she knows the ups and downs your body goes through becoming a mum and thoroughly enjoy guiding others through this journey.

Sarah runs clinics at the Henley Practice (Athlete Service) in the Greys Road car park but is also happy to do home visits.
