About Physiome
Physiotherapy & complementary therapy practice
Physiome Description
I qualified as a Physiotherapist from The University of East London in 2000. Since moving back to Cornwall I have spent the last 6 years dividing my time between private practice treating people with a wide range of injuries, musculoskeletal problems and illnesses as well as working part time at Mount Edgecumbe Hospice treating and rehabilitating people with a complex illnesses and symptoms
Structural and functional changes within the spine and peripheral joints can result in a disturbance of the central nervous system leading to neuromusculoskeletal and visceral (organ) disorders. The approach I use, is to first identify these changes, then using a variety of techniques which include soft tissue releases, correct the imbalances; alleviating symptoms of pain and improving CNS / Visceral function. This can help with a wide range of health problems whilst having a positive effect on emotional well being.
The therapies I use may be able to help with any of the problems listed below, please look at a few of my testimonials
