What can I say that other people haven't already said! It all true Physique really is the best place to train! Vicky is passionate about her work and this shines through in the results she achieves and in all of her happy members.Vicky is motivational and always gets the best out of you. If you were to ask any of her members I'm sure they will all say the same. So if your looking to get of the sofa and get fit Vicky and Physique is the place to go.Everyone who goes to Physique are so supportive.

Vicky knows how to get the best out of people, she pushes when she knows you need pushing but also figures out what's best for all her members. She provides both motivation and inspiration and always encourages each person. She makes time to get to know all her members and will happily listen to their needs and concerns. She treats everyone exactly the same whether they are athletes or new beginners - making sure that each person gets the most out of their workout. She is not only a great trainer but a great lady and friend.

Simply the best. We travel quite a distance to be put through her paces. I can travel 26 miles and my husband travels 85 miles. We love Vicky, she is an amazing trainer and an amazing person. She cares about each and every one of us unless you say " it hurts or I'm tired" and then she doesn't care a jot! Cannot sing her praises enough. If you seriously want results then come to Physique. Be warned though - it is not easy - you work to your maximum ability regardless of how long you've been training. It is the best fun and we are all great friends.
