Piccadilly Banqueting Suite is a grand venue in the heart of Birmingham, it is the only hall in Birmingham that utters in all four exquisiteness corners of its building
this marvellous hall with its full air condition system and its splendid reception has the character of being the best venue in Birmingham. Piccadilly Banqueting Suite has gone under refurbishment and has become the place to get married with its high ceilings, and the state of the art lighting, its ability to be versatile to accommodate any wedding whether it be asian or african english or american, the Piccadilly banqueting suite has also the capacity to hold up to 800 honoured guest in its grand venue. It also has a massive car park for 200 car parking facility.

There has been some changes to our venueπ a new drop down chandelier placed on top of dance stage with floral flowers and leaves holding it down! ππΈ pictures do not do justice on how good it looks! Come and pop down and have a look. Weβre open till 12-8pm currently looking to add some more chandeliers to finish the complete look.

Went to Shazia munzar concert.. it was nice and the atmosphere was lovely... First time I visited this place.. Must say I'm very impressed food was tasty too.... οΏ½

Excellent Service from start to finish. Event went really well, staff were very efficient and helpful, i couldnt have asked for more, went way better than expected, special thanks to Raj and Rana who made sure everything went well and accomodated every request. Cant recommend you enough ! Thanks Guys !

They are cheaters! They dont have free parking at all, thats why they intentionally make lies with customers and blackmail them sending Parking Penalties !!!!
Disgusting!! In front of the guests, all nice and "brother-brother" Manager's son dropped my Β£5,000 camera and lens (yes genuine mistake I accept that...but...), The son said, my dad will pay for the damage, the dad (aka Manager and owner) offered me.. wait for it.. "Β£50" for the repair of the damage. He gave me a reason for the Β£50 as well, he said I pay staff Β£35 and I will top it up to make it Β£50. Seriously what a bunch of cowboys. I may consider contacting their insurance.
It dont stop there, a member of their serving team, in front of guests decided to have a verbal fight with me and then called me a M-Fker and told me to shut the F-up, yes you heard it.. nice and loud, and he had to be "dragged" away. Well done camera man 2 for filming all this, honestly feel like posting it to show eveyrone your true colours. I ask for an apology. And then he kissed his teeth whilst walking past me, 10 out of 10 for Customer Services!
His justification for swearing was me, because I told him that he took the P and being rude to me, whilst I was calmly taking to the staff who dropped my 5k equipment. Clearly these not do not know how to communicate, hence decided to belittle and be rude.
EVEN WORSE, the bride was making her way down the aisle, and the waiters decided to "start serving food" using the SAME aisle !!!! Good job my photographer (well done girl!!) stopped them in their tracks. (and yes I do have the footage, as we recorded it! how stupid and insensitive of your serving staff to not think about the Brides entrance!
Seriously, if your looking for a venue, avoid these cow boys. ! AVOID !
The Β£50 will be given to charity, as that is what I agreed, I told him I find it completely insulting that you even offered Β£50. I just purchased my new lens at a cost of Β£600. I'll shall test the Camera body tomorrow.
Actually, I might go back tomorrow when they have an event on, as the manager shows a very different face. He changed when the guests left, As a resolve, I was told to claim on my OWN insurance, even-through damaged was caused by staff negligence.
Typical. Blame someone else.
Car park is small. Staff is miserable. No water on the tables. Not worth.
