We visited on 16/09/17 and had a really great time. Initially one bouncer was a unfriendly and unhelpful (I think he'd just had a difficult customer) but the the rest at the door were great.



We were escorted to our table & drinks ready on our arrival which really added to the specialness of the evening. Even when my sister arrived later than us she was escorted to us which was really helpful & nice.



The drinks were great, a very fun atmosphere & great music. We really had a great time. Our party was quite small (8 of us) but everyone really enjoyed themselves & we all stayed to the end.



Your security & bar staff were a credit to your business. Bar staff were prompt & patient. Security staff were friendly, helpful & yet obviously took their roles seriously too.



It does get busy so we really enjoyed having the space of a private area & will definitely be back!

Very nice place to dance and find friends.

I had a table booked for Saturday to celebrate my 30th and I'm so glad I did. The venue was amazing, the staff were so helpful from the security to the bar staff. I asked to switch my tables due to the unbearable heat and this was not an issue at all. The lady helped us move tables without hesitation. I asked to switch a drink on my booking and that also wasn't an issue. Overall the experience myself and my friends had was amazing. Would definatly recommend anyone to go here. Thank you. The only criticism I had was the lack of air con... literally just sat down and was dripping in sweat, had paid for hair and makeup to be done for nothing as sweated it off within half hour of being there.

Had a good night, nice staff, I liked the different rooms and the toilets where kept nice too :)

Friendso and I went to PI a couple of weeks ago and had a great time.

"My friends and I have been to your venue a few times now but this was the first time we reserved a booth and ordered a drinks package.



The night was amazing. We arrived at the door (we had some concerns as we have observed your door staff to be particularly scrutinising at times) but we were pleasantly surprised.



From our initial welcome to the time we left was great. Mo, our waiter in the Clinic bar, was exceptional and very obliging to our requests even when the venue became busy he still found time to serve other customers without detriment to the service we were offered.



We came away all in agreement it was money well spent, a great evening and would definitely do it again.



We have all since shared our experience with others and recommended PI.

Did my b’day bash here recently with about 100+ guests at Decadia. Contrary to some of the reviews that got me worried, we actually had a fantastic time. The door staff and the bar staff (Anya and crew) were absolutely fabulous. Food was great. Rob the DJ was awesome. The guests thought it was one of the best parties they attended and loved the venue. Thank you very much indeed PI. See you soon again. Thx to Chani and Anthony from the sales team for all the help with organising.

A place with a taste. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Piccadilly Institute. As you walk in on the ground floor there is an amazing cocktail bar, good drinks at a good price; the boys behind the bar will treat you like royalty!! If you head upstairs you will find the most ‘Lit’ dance floor in Dekadia playing ladies of the 80’s, Dark and Stormy Noir where the DJ makes the crowd ‘Lean n Bop’, followed by the beats of Clinic on the 2nd floor. Overall one of the best nights out, will definitely be returning �

Went for my 32nd birthday last weekend. Had an amazing night, only slight complaint was that we were promised a free bottle of Champagne for booking an area and it was Prosecco, but other than that absolutely great. If you like 80s/ 90s pop and dance this is the place to go!

Ended up here after another event we were hoping to go to in notting hill turned out to be a con

Not the best night I've had in london, over crowded, not enough space, awful smell upon arrival due to no AC. Poor bar Service you'll be waiting a good 10/15 min to get served, that's if they even see you. Why sell as many tickets knowing you can't accommodate that kind of crowd? Just doesn't make sense.

Even the smoking area was over crowded as the security were trying to shove us in a corner to make space. Not to mention the big fight that went on during smoking and got everyone thrown about, overall I'd just say very disorganised.

the worst experience at a club in London was right here. unreliable staff. I paid 9 pound for knit jacket and scarf. absurd! the more expensive and less reliable! they lost my friend's jacket and I have returned after more than 10 minutes. a friend of mine has left the bag with his coat and when she went to get her no longer found her phone inside. the staff very arrogant and not willing to help the manager had to intervene. I'm sure the phone was in my jacket and someone working there took it. impossible to think more. will never go back in there and I won't mention well. shame!

Would not recommend a night here to anyone, came for my sisters 20th birthday and paid £250 for a table/booth area that supposedly held 20 people and when we got there and was shown to our table the size of it would literally just about get 5 people around it. The security guards were awful, spoke to young girls in a vile way and we got removed from our table for no reason what so ever. Such a waste of money!

Wasted £200 here only to be kicked off of sofa where we had been comfortably sat for over an hour by a very rude aggressive bar blonde bar maid to be told that another group had paid £300 for it. � to quote the barmaid that screamed in our faces “ARE YOU FINISHED YET”

So be rest assured whatever your hard earned dosh you spend here - it’s irrelevant up against the next punter who is spending slightly more. Shocking.

Incidentally we moved on to Bar Soho and had MUCH better night.

If you want to have a good fun night avoid, if you want a pretentious night with shocking service and an awkward atmosphere it’s the place for you!

I do not know how to begin, this was a nightmare experience from the start to the end. After the first trip up in the lift, it was closed off to us. We had to carry up designer’s cases of clothes, rails, lights etc and photographer’s equipment up two flights of narrow stairs. Staff were belligerent and had little time to help. The lighting wasn’t very good in the rooms where we were, so we asked, only to be told, ‘this is all there is.’ No apologies or sorry, we will see what we can do. Dismissed. It was a private event paid for by the event organiser. A little curtesy and consideration would have been nice.



The worst part was to be told to leave the main room, that we held the runway in, paying guests, celebrities, personal friends and photographers being herded out like sheep. I thought it was a fashion show not a cattle drive, it was painful and shocking to watch, let alone be a part of one of those being ushered out.



Then to top it off, we all had to shift our belongings out of the room, as it was going to be used for a night event. We tried to tidy up as quick as we can but were being driven out by the staff. If we had known, we would have organised something, we are capable of being organised, unlike your staff. Also, some of your staff started moving our stuff and we have lots of things missing. This will be followed up. Being turfed out of one room is a joke, but to be turfed out of two is unacceptable. Here is the fun part, we were allowed to have a room on the next floor to store our equipment, personal belongings and clothing and then when we were leaving, we were not allowed to go and collect it without an argument. The excuse was that the room we had been in is going to be used for a night event !!!! so why tell us to put out stuff on the next floor and then not be allowed to collect it?



So, we were thrown out of an event and private function that we had paid for and one of our young singers was not allowed back in at the end, because she was only 16. I understand a youngster not being allowed into a club at night but this was a private event that we hired and it was this club that threw us out of our private room. Good job her Mum was there or a 16-year-old would be walking the streets of London, what a terrible way to ‘run’ a club or venue and use the word ‘run’ very loosely.

This was my daughters 30th party and she had booked the top floor and from start to finish it was disaster after disaster, this should have been a very happy time for her but it was ruined by so many errors. No drinks at the bar, the credit card machine did not work, the fridges did not work so the 2 beers they had were warm, the barman did not speak English and I could go on and on, a formal complaint is going in, avoid this place at all costs!!

Rude Racist Doorman... oh and you need to check their badges, his was expired!!! We paid to go into Jewel and told we could go to Picadilly Institute afterwards but got refused entry because I spoke in another language to the doorman, the promoter outside said he was from a country I knew how to speak a little bit of, I was only being friendly but he took offense and become rude and abusive. Completly ruined our night, travelled an hour for this! Very angry and upset... You read about bouncers not letting certain people in for any stupid reason they want and this was one of those situations, Avoid this place!!!

Got kicked out of institute for stopping some preddy geezers sexually harassing some girls in a club, by just moving in front of them. According to the security guard, this was aggressive, and I was told that I apparently went to throw a punch which, neither me, my friends or the girls seem to remember.. loool state of it

Do NOT go here: literally save your money seeing as inevitably you'll pre, turn up at the club, only to get there for the managers to tell you that the night has been cancelled and you're not getting refunded for the tickets you bought (which are overpriced for what they are anyway). Really appreciate the 0 minutes of time that they took to notify us in advance that the night wasn't actually on so we could save time in not spending money on travelling the whole way there only to be to told at the door with no prior warning that we weren't going to get in... oh wait :/ also thanks for not replying to any of my messages about getting a refund, 10/10 service. ps please give me my money back thanks x
