The waiter Sebastian and the manager Luca are so nice and polite!they organise a surprise for my birthday and it was so fun and I really appreciate that!Food very good!Nice place and atmosphere!highly recommended ��

Service and attentiveness of the staff was incomparable, food was superb and with an open kitchen nothing is hidden....

Food was first class, early bird menu is great value, we had two courses and thought we would have three..... no chance, portions are generous

Can’t recommend this place enough... it was packed with early show goers as strictly come dancing was at the arena next door but it made no difference, the service and food were as you would expect. We were not kept waiting...

I've been here lots of times and I always liked the food , especially the caesar salad !

The staff is friendly , the recepionist has always been very precise and careful and Piccolino has become my favourite spot to eat great food and to spend a good day with friends . Love it !

Great reception from staff ( despite me being in tracksuits and trainers) food was lovely bit disappointed there was no bbq ribs but pizza and dessert was lovely

Lovely relaxing meal, tasty and reasonably priced food, great selection of fish dishes and excellent service.

Arrived late afternoon after day out in town with friend.Specials menu looked amazing for price we both enjoyed 3 courses £22.95 calamari was lovely ,sea bass tasty and a choice of 3 homemade ice creams finished the meal off nicely for me .Friend had chilli prawns on Bruschetta which looked mouth watering and she followed it up with mushroom risotto and chocolate fondant and salted caramel ice cream all she told me were as good as they looked .Bottle of Rose Pinot Grigio went with it well .

Was quiet when we arrived but was filling up when we left. Staff were friendly and attentive .Will definitely visit again

We went for a meal to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday on Saturday night and was a little disappointed. It was supposed to have been private dining but all they did was to seat 40+ people at one end of the restaurant. The place names were not set out nor was the table plan used that we had sent to them. There was supposed to have been a curtain to segregate us from the rest of the restaurant but it was not used. On the plus side, the food was good although a couple of the steaks were tough. The meal itself was rushed even though the restaurant was half full and it was overpriced for the drinks

Lovely meal, it was my 50th birthday and going on to see Celine Dion, would of just been nice for some member of staff to have wished me a happy birthday. Food lovely could do with a little more sauce on the pasta though a little dry. But tasty, was not sure about the egg on top though

Lovely meal as usual before gig at the Arena. Very tasty, reasonably priced food, good selection of wines and excellent friendly service. What's not to like.

Visited here on the 20.1.18 and firstly I will say the Food was very good can’t complain about that, but what spoiled the evening was the fact I had signed up for the club individual card on line, received an email confirming my registration and that the gift of £20.00 had been added to be used within 28 days of registration along with listing other benefits. On arriving I showed the reference number I was given and they promptly ‘activated’ my card, however on paying the bill the £20.00 was not deducted, I mentioned it to the waiter who checked said nothing was on there, long story short was told it normally takes an hour to put the money on even though email clearly states it was added at registration, manager was involved who then made out it takes 24 hours again showed him email, he ended up calling the ‘office’ who said card account was rejected as I already had a card account issued to my email, I have not had a card before so feel this was an offer which was not an offer just to get you in, he suggested I registered with a different email, unfortunately this wasn’t possible as I was heading to the Arena for a show and was already late due to the time taken trying to sort this problem which was not sorted.

Went here Saturday night with my friend, as we both love Italian food. I had brushetta starter which was hard and tasteless, no garlic or oil. Had a chicken dish for main which was actually rolled chicken in breadcrumbs. Only ate half as so boring, no sauce or taste. My friend had spaghetti bolognase which was OK but tiny portions. Had two glasses of wine each £75. Won't be rushing back as vastly overpriced for quality of food/wine.

The music playing in the background was a little too loud in my opinion for a dining venue so we opted to sit outside, however this was quite uncomfortable. The food I must say was an expensive disappointment, chicken was too dry and chips was also soggy, the bread for the starter (bruschetta) was really dry and tough. The staff seemed nice but sitting outside we felt like we was forgotten about and had to get up to get a waiter several times, I would of only given a 1* for value/service for money if it wasn't for the lobster I had as this was amazing and cooked perfectly. I believe Piccolino could much better

Service very slow reconsidering our meal was booked for 8pm and didn't get it till 9.20pm. Service inadequate 1 drink all night . Considering we all paid a £10 deposit & they knew how many was coming they didn't seen very well prepared for our party of 14 ��

Big group pre booked and pre ordered before a concert at the Symphony Hall last night. It was 5pm so we ordered the light bites in advance. It wasn’t busy yet most of the steaks with sauce were served cold, still tasted nice but one was inedible. The waiting staff were great, very attentive and efficient but the bill was still very wrong. Most annoying for our friend who spent a great deal of time organising it in advance. Not sure the chefs are up to the mark on their timings. I wouldn’t go back.

When you wait an hr and a half for your main course and then only asked once if you want a drink. Had one drink all night. Dreadful service wont be returning

Visited earlier in the year during may and had one of the worse dinning experiences I have ever had at a restaurant of that 'class'.

Booked table for 9:30pm, we got our starter at a reasonable amount of time of around 30mins...even though when we ordered the starter (which was battered seafood) they questioned 'you sure you really want that starter' which we found odd?!?!?



After we had the starter I went to the toilet and my partner and I went out for a cigarette after the telling the waiter what we was doing.

Our main courses came out as the kitchen was closing (11:05pm) barely Luke warm which indicated we had forgotten about as both meals where basically cold.

So at this point we addressed it for the manager to blame us for me going to the toilet and also going for a cigarette. Bought the main courses out again...whilst my partners looked to be a fresh dish...mine obviously wasn't. They threw some fresh garlic on top which wasn't even cooked and just warmed my crab ravioli up in a pan (I knew this because my half eaten ravioli came back on my plate)



Really was disappointed in the way we got treated and on face value this restaurant looks amazing but the service is the worse I have ever received ���
