Each of these bottles are £25 each or £6 a glass ....
It was interesting that out of 15 people at the Prosecco Masterclass every group preferred the valdobbiadene superiore Brut 🥂
Which one is your favourite? 🍾😍

We called in on the spur of the moment late on a Monday evening and just as it was closing. Despite the fact that we were the only people in the restaurant we were treated to friendly, efficient service and to one of the best steaks i've eaten in a long time. Will definitely be returning again soon

I cannot thank the staff enough for how fantastic they were when I visited last week with my cousin and autistic sister..... they went above & beyond - buying a fresh pineapple for my sisters pizza then being patient and humouring my sister when she kept calling all the staff Peter Andre... even giving her a picture of Peter Andre... absolutely fantastic and we can’t wait to come back - Thankyou xx

Had a wonderful meal for my daughters 18th birthday on Sunday evening. The service was amazing. The staff could not do enough for us and the food stunning ... sat on the terrace in the sunshine. Perfect !

User

Another great meal, celebrating my daughter's 7th Birthday. The staff were really nice - very friendly - talking with the kids. Food excellent as always! Got some good advice on which red wine to have too. All in all, very enjoyable!

User

Classy Traditional spices and what you'd expect and certainly recommend I quite enjoyed the Penne Picante I normally oder the same when San Carlos the food here well mucho gratsi will I go back of course and the red wine it was smooth silk and easy on the palate

the caprese salad was very poor portion size, plenty of tomatoes with hardly any mozzarella, the ribs were cold so had to be sent back. The waiter did knock the price of the ribs of the menu tho. Food bland in taste. I ordered the chicken vegetable and pasta 4 pieces of chicken! Service slow made eye contact couple of times to a waiter but did not get a response. Over priced food. Never had a problem before but this has put me of going again

Very disappointing evening on our first night in Piccolinos. We were shown to our seat and asked what we would like to drink before we'd even sat down, I'm all for fast service, but a look at the wine list first would be nice. When we politely refused, we were asked again not 30 seconds later by another member of staff.. then asked for our starters before we'd even ordered our drinks. All seemed a little unorganised. Our starters arrived, and I must say no complaints over the food, it was lovely. However, we were dining with friends and my friend was still chewing her food before she was asked if she was finished and her plate was whisked away from underneath her, the same with my boyfriend. Our food arrived within good time, and again no complaints, other than the small hair I found in my meal. My biggest issue was the 'January Sale'. I'm not cheap, but a big part of myself and my boyfriend taking our friends out for a meal in January (the month where money is most scarce) was that there was to be 50% off our meal throughout January. When our bill arrived, after waiting a while for it, we were told that we would NOT be receiving 50% off but we would next time... even though we had registered online, input all our details as requested we would not be considered to receive 50% off our bill. The manageress came over who I'm sure has received many complaints quite like this one said "I know it's quite misleading" and offered us some free shots. I'm afraid this didn't make up for the service and the fact we were made to a look a fool in front of our friends. Thanks but no thanks, Piccolinos Bramhall. We won't be making a repeat appearance any time soon.

The young lady serving was very friendly and helpful but the food was shocking. The garlic bread had hardly any cheese on it and had burnt bits and the value for money was abmissal. Certainly won't be visiting again.

User

Didsapointing, waitress lovely but kept interrupting our conversation. Food not as good as we've experienced before for a variety of reasons. This has lead to us to put in an official complaint, with a bill over £200 we expect more and are usually very happy but not last night, and as it was my birthday it just added to our disappointment 😞

Average night- slow service, lost order, frozen food, over priced. Issues resolved very well by our area manager. You'll get just as good a night for half the money elsewhere. This restaurant is not a patch on the Alderley Edge branch. Our friends made the night and that's all that matters.

Worst place I’ve ever been staff are very rude. They don’t know how to cook the food properly my 3 year old nephew could do a better job. And quite frankly think I’d rather pay a deposit to sit in McDonald’s for 2 hours

Went for lunch today with my friends and our 1 year old children.

When we went into the restaurant it was very quiet. The server said it was no problem to accommodate 3 adults and 4 babies and he had a perfect table on the terrace. Once we went to the table we decided a booth wasn't suitable as we couldn't fit all the high chairs in and asked if we could move to a round table so we could feed all the little ones.

As he walked off we heard the server say "it's going to look like a nursery in here". When my friend questioned a colleague of his that we would leave if we weren't wanted she said there was a networking event and they needed to keep an area free. There was a lot of space that didn't interfere with the event!

If we didn't have hungry children and it was easier to move them all somewhere else we would have left immediately.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times, albeit in the evenings with adult friends but I would think twice about returning after the way we were made to feel today.

There are several restaurants in Bramhall that welcome children and go out of their way to accommodate them but I didn't feel this today in this restaurant.

Well I will start with when we walked through the door. Lady on front desk asks name it’s booked. So we give full name “just surname” she says. Ok, we repeat surname. “Now first name” so we repeat first name. Abit pointless when we gave the name in the first place but hey ho!

So we sit down, menus handed over and we set about our search. I selected the prawn cocktail. Now that was my first error of the night. As my pawn cocktail should have been named as “might have a little bit of prawn in it cocktail” I was presented with a bowl with some wilted leaves, a shit tonne of Marie Rose sauce and a prawn and a half! Yes, one prawn, and another half. (Feel sorry for the poor sod who received the arse end of my prawn!) my partner has an ok starter, which is why we gave it one star.

Mains. Well. Ragu ravioli. It looked like the local seagulls had got too it, ate it, and spewed it back up on my plate. It had very little taste (other than the Aldi chopped tomatoes it had been boiled to death in) my partner had what can only be described as dried deep fried card board. We think it was chicken, but even that was questionable. That was served with some pasta, which was basically again topped with some chopped toms and half a plum tomato (generous!) and boiled to within an inch of its life.

By this point we were absolutely starving still, and would have ordered dessert if it had not been for the rude stuck up arrogant waiter who was supposed to be taking our order. That guy needs to learn some customer service. And learn to smile, even if it is painful.

So all in all guys, stay away, take your self to McDonald’s.

We were treated awfully and our food was cold, waiter was not interested when i complained our food arrived within minutes of ordering and was whisked away in seconds of us putting our forks down unable to eat the cold food! They did not respond when i made the complaint! will not be going again unless issue is resolved!!!

Very disappointed and let down from what I have always considered a nice restaurant. Last night 5 of us came for our works Christmas party (recommended by mayself) to firstly have to ask for our order to be taken, then served cold food, and sides which arrived a good 10 minutes after the main. One lasagne resembled 'slop' which had to be returned and another reheated! Not once did anyone come round to take more drink orders and when we asked for the drinks bill to be separate, the bill arrived twice with the drinks on. Disaster of an evening from start to finish and really wish I hadn't been the one to recommend picolinos Bramhall (10/12/16 8pm.)

So me and my two friends went for lunch and a catchup. We were ignored for 1/2 hour, we waved and said excuse me when we saw a waiter and asked for bread. Three times we asked for bread and none came. Then our meal came I got an overlooked dry breadcrumbed chicken, my friend got sea bass and about a handful of veg! She complained and asked for bread again and two pieces of garlic bread came. (There was 3 of us) she tried to get the attention of a waiter who when he noticed her rolled his eyes!!!

We won't be going again and had a word with the waiter and explained why. All food was taken off our bill and we just paid for drinks. Very disappointed.

Sad to say we had a really disappointing meal. First visit since Mercato has opened. We were a table of eleven, none of the meals were overly complicated. Garlic breads followed by pizza pasta and a meat dish. We had family visiting and it was really embarrassing as we had said how good the restaurant and the food were! My sons margarita came with extra chilli. This was a request of one of the adults for a pasta dish! My mother in law ordered chicken with potatoes and was left to eat a chicken breast as the potatoe orders for 3 meals arrived after 20 minutes, the waitress did apologise for this and said there had been a problem. The fries that did arrive were a few scrappy bits! The crab ravioli and the two lasagnes were just warm and were returned and replaced with hot ones. We did notice the chef in the kitchen not looking happy and throwing the dishes down. This made us feel awkward and like it was our fault. We didn't bother with deserts or coffees. We paid the bill in full including service and left, not to return any time soon. In addition I was ill in the night with pains the next day. I was the only sick one, I had the crab ravioli. 🙁

Normally love coming to piccolino but the service was rubbish Sunday night. Got given the menu (lunch) at 5.55pm which ends at 6.00pm. Waited ages for drinks. Then asked again for the main menu. Another long wait before we placed our order. Food came was nice as always, but the service let the whole evening down. Plus there is one waiter who me and my friend both found very sleezy. Staring at you and hanging around. Made me feel really uncomfortable. Pretty gutted as this is one of my fav places. Might have to go alderly next time.

Arrived on time for our booking, got pushed over to the bar as they were over booked , after 20 minutes of waiting and watching other couples being seated I went to ask. After 5 minutes we were then seated, got sat in a cramped corner couldn't hear each other talk the music was that loud , the staff looked unorganised and the 3 tables next to us all had complaints two of which sent there main dishes back to the kitchen , ordered drinks and only brought one of two , my partner ordered a medium rare steak which was dripping blood but decided to keep it as it would of taken even more time to get back to us , Neither of us had been to piccolino before and definitely won't be going back again
