The service was very good. I liked my 3 scoops of ice-cream where I was allowed to make 3 separate choices of ice-cream inclusive of white chocolate. My other choices were strawberry and pistachio. The hot weather compliments well with the tasty ice-cream.

Good standard rustic Italian food, one of the best alfresco bars with heaters.

Turned up without a booking and got shown to our table. They brought some water and said they would be back to take our order. About 20 mins later I had to stop one of the staff to ask if and when we'd get served. After the service was great. This happened to another couple nearby. The food was excellent. Great atmosphere in the restaurant and there was a decent wine selection. Aside from the poor start a very good meal.

Reception not very funny (bad mood maybe) but food is still good. Panna Cotta is one of the best i’ve ever eat during my trip over the planet ! congrats Chef 👨‍🍳

Ordered the same drink twice but the price changed, either the staff are stupid or can't calculate.



Ridiculous!!!

We arrived at approx 2pm and had a very late lazy long lunch. The owner must have walked past us minimum 10 times. Not once acknowledged our presence or a nod of hi... the starter.. tricolore at £10.40 had one very thinly sliced tomatoe, a quarter of an advocato and a fresh mozzarella shredded .. measly effort for cost of production vs price! Parmigiana was ok!? ... service by lovely waiter in the eve was excellent. Big poster by restaurant advertises cocktails at £5... we were charged full price! Luckily we checked the bill and were told cocktails were only for terrace area! Wasn’t made clear. Terrace area didn’t know as no poster there and no one drinking cocktails... shame really overall experience? Mmmm... I’d take my all day custom elsewhere ...!

Such a lovely location I think the staff take it for granted that people will come no matter what, I have never been tested so badly but rude arrogant staff, on more than one occasion!

Far too busy, too loud, absolutely no dairy free options! Waited 15 mins for wine before just walking out!
