Art Skills Classes
Did you enjoy your art classes at school? Do you wish you had taken it further? Would like to learn the basics of good drawing skills? Learn how to use tone and colour? Be able to turn an original concept into a final design? If so, you could be a member of a small class of four in the intimacy of a warm private home. You would receive plenty of encouragement and one-to-one tuition.

Textiles Classes
Additionally, you could learn a range of textile printing techniques including block, lino and stencil printing, Katazome - Japanese stencil resist painting and silk screen printing.

Julia Pidgeon started her adult life working in the interior design world after studying textiles at Camberwell Art School. She then became a teacher of art in a range of secondary schools in Kent. She has a wide knowledge of techniques and processes and can help to give you the confidence to create art and design of your own. You will also have access to a wealth of resources, art materials and reference books.
