I am passionate about Pilates. Proper Pilates: client-focused, in small groups or one -to-one, with an emphasis on correct technique and pace of movement.
At Equilibrium Fitness, I will guide you through the exercises, allowing you to move with control, to tone your body and increase your strength and flexibility.
I pride myself on getting to know my clients individually, making the sessions friendly and inclusive. I know each of their goals and abilities, so when you are in one of my classes I will able to adjust your position or modify the exercise so you get the most out of your session.
