Pilates aids with stretching, toning and relaxation whilst helping to manage joint and muscular pain.

A Thursday evening Pilates Class at Northgate Methodist Church Hall in Warwick. On street parking is free after 6 pm, alternatively, park in the Warwickshire County Council car park which is also free. 1: 1 sessions are available (price on request). Don, t forget to bring a mat /towel. Look forward to seeing you.
