My name is Sharon Raichura and I am a Pilates and Yoga teacher.

I am a level 3 Pilates teacher and registered 500 hrs teacher with Yoga Alliance.

I am on the REPS register as an Advanced Pilates Teacher and also teach 121 Reformer Pilates.

Thursday Evening 7. 30 pm, Mixed ability Pilates at my home studio

Fri 10 am Intermediate, 11. 15 am Beginners at St Michael and All Angels Church Hall, Bassett Avenue.


121 Reformer Pilates at my home studio for women only available most days /evenings where I have availability. I charge £30. 00 for 45 minute 121 Reformer lesson payable weekly.
Massage available at my home studio for women. £25. 00 for half an hour, £40. 00 for one hour.
