PILATES X MELISSA runs online classes and studio-based group classes at The Wellbeing Studio in Clevedon. Private Pilates sessions are also available either online or in the studio.

Pilates X Melissa Description

Pilates is a highly adaptable form of exercise and as such is suitable for all ages, sizes, abilities and fitness levels. Whether your body is just feeling a little stiff, or you're suffering from a specific condition, e. g. arthritis, sciatica, migraine, or you're recovering from injury, or you're an athlete wanting to improve your performance, Pilates can help you. The twelve small group classes run each week at The Wellbeing Studio provide a safe, welcoming environment where Melissa Mann, a Pilates instructor with ten years' experience, will lead you through a unique repertoire of stretching and conditioning exercises.

Regular Pilates has been shown to provide the following benefits:

- A more balanced and thus effective use of the muscles

- Greater mobility of the spine and other key joints
