Went to my brother's 30th Birthday last night and was super impressed! The cocktails were delicious and they also served popcorn drizzled in hot chilli butter - with chopsticks to eat it with. Never had this before but found it to be really tasty! The staff were so friendly and into the party mood that some guests thought they were close friends of the birthday boy! Really recommend for lovers of cheesy kung fu and old school arcade games

This bar will be your favourite bar in London after the first time you visit it. I promise you. Great arcade games, great selection of drinks/cocktails and the owners are awesome.

Delicious cocktails, Kung Fu films on vintage b/w portable TVs or on the big screen, vintage arcade machines, Zen-master style bar staff and always, always interesting people to talk to!

A bit difficult to find at first, but well, that's the point, isn't it?

One of the most fun and original bars in London (and further afield) but don’t think that means the quality of the drinks or service are lost, far from it. Everything there is built around giving you the best night out.

Not only one of the coolest, friendliest places to go for a weekday drink, but I booked them for a private party and couldn't have asked for better hosts. Every step of the way, they made sure to answer my queries, make all the necessary preparations and made everything feel as personal and welcoming as can be. The movies and music were spot on, the classic games were in constant use, the bar staff were the best, and the cocktails were delicious. They created a great party atmosphere for me and my guests, and I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks guys!

I like to think of PimpShuei as what I imagine the living room of my (imaginary) millionaire best friend would probably look like, it's got everything I ever wanted;

I call it a living room because it's a sanctuary from every other London bar where you can come in and chill out. It's my favourite bar in London hands down.

Headed there last weekend. Had a great time, good beer, the owners are cool and the arcades were on free play. Definitely go if you like friendly people, retro gaming and old kung-fu movies.

Had our engagement party here a few weeks back, the guys behind the bar went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The drinks are amazing (a little too amazing) plus I was craving their noodles for days afterwards- so yum!

Great little dive bar. The staff were attentive, charming, amusing and helpful as hell.

Found this bar randomly with some friends after work on a Monday and it was amazing! Great cocktails, awesome bar staff and perfect for dancing the night away in this hidden away gem!

Awesome little place. Fantastic decor and had exactly what I wanted; Martial Arts movies, noodles, great cocktails and arcade games! Couldn't get any better. Shout to the friendly staff and awesome manager who liked my Pulp Fighter shirt! Will definitely be going back more regularly! Nice one guys.

As someone who devoted many years to the pursuit of old school Kung fu films and good cocktails, I can't not say I've found my Nirvana in this place. The decor is amazing (at the time of my visit it was covered in massive and very well done murals of Angela Mao Ying and Hwang Jang Lee) there were Venoms and the one armed boxer on the huge HD screen and tv boom boxes boasted at least another 4 films. The bar staff are passionate and knowledgeable about the films and music and the cocktails are second to none. I had a Fu Sheng Alexander. This place is a real haven for anyone who likes Kung fu or drinks with a friendly, funky atmosphere. Go there!!

As an out of place American, I was interested in finding a Barcade in town that wasnt all redemption games and watered down crap. This place stood out to me based on their website and Facebook so I made it my first major goal on my short trip. I was not disappointed.

The space is great, awesome atmosphere and design. The AV for the TVs in the bar is astounding. All the TVs are wired so you can change the station to one of any 8 stations playing fight movies and the like. There is also a giant projection screen playing films as well. They had 2 arcade cabinets set up as free play on some nights (I went on a Monday). They had a light gun game out back. The bathrooms were tidy and the place was kept very clean. I wish I was there later in the week when it was busier, but there was a reasonable crowd of 6 or so on a late Monday night.

I had a sample of a few drinks and they were all amazing. I highly recommend the Pimps Cup. It's a delicious variation on a Pimm's Cup. They only have Tsing Tao beer for bottles. Great happy hour prices too. The bartender there slings a mean bottle too.

Then there's the food. They only offer a noodle dish, but it's the best noodles I've had. If you are allergic to shellfish he can do it vegetarian and that's how I had it. It's got a seriously meaty flavor and his house oil is amazing. He gave me a sample to try by itself and it's absolutely amazing. I wish I could have brought a bottle back.

Next time I'm in town, I'll be spending more time there. I suggest you give it a stop in. You won't be disappointed.

An absolute gem of a find. Beautiful, delicious cocktails, and Slash is a diamond! � Enjoyed getting my arse beat on Point Blank 2 � Wonderful place that I would highly recommend to everybody. Without a doubt the best bar in London �

Absolutely fantastic little place. Headed on down to PimpShuei to play some retro games didn't really know what to expect.. boy was it a treat. Got there just after opening for Happy Hour between 5-8. Greeted by Slash, really friendly guy and his colleague Chuck. He was mixing up a jar of Whoop Ass Punch in dedication of Chuck Norris Birthday on Friday ;-). I went for 2 bottles of Tsingsao to start me off and had a chat with Slash about this awesome little venue. Ended up getting some Whoop Ass later btw :-). Had a good few drinks, played some retro games. Got my ass beat on Street Fighter 2 by a girl twice and had a great night! Google pointed me in the right direction here to an interesting venue with good beer, friendly staff and retro games. Respect to the Pimpshuei!
