Great food and drinks with friends. Lots of choice and served really quickly. I love this place x
Food and service were great
Always amazing and a unique dining experience! Love the laser and rose martinis xx
Tiny place, brilliant service. Yummy menu of dim sum and other small dishes. Portions come in 3 looks good but sharing is a pain. We love the crispy prawn balls, firecracker chicken rolls, and the edamame with celery sea salt. Try the charcoal coconut ice cream. Try everything!
Sharing was pain. How on earth you can share between 2 people set menu for 2 which consists of 3 items of different sorts? Why not 4?
I was part of a little group. It's a very small place compared to Waterloo one which is very big. Service was good, drinks were good esp goji berry mocktail. Food was also of good quality. We ordered quite a few but I still left feeling hungry though it happens rarely at other restaurants. Always after ping pong an hr later or so I get hungry so it is not very filling I feel. Else all ok. Just tiny space so had to sit on coats n leave bags on floor
Good food but staff and service not impressive. We left feeling a little let down.
The waitress was of no help at all and as it was our first visit it would have been nice to have had the ordering system explained. The decor was very tired bordering on shabby. Food was OK but nothing to make it a 'must return'
Overall disappointing and probably will not visit again.
Had a work christmas party here. The food was okay but nothing special. Staff however were particularly unprofessional, unhelpful and uncaring when it came to serving a large group of people. I have had much better experiences at other branches and with a smaller group so not a reflection on Ping Pong itself. Would not recommend coming with a large group again.
Food was ok, soup was not hot at all and quite bland, it’s nothing wow, Asian fast food really, not good service.
Very unhelpful staff. Turned us away at 9.50 pm when on the website it says it shuts at 10.30 pm. When we said that's what the website says, she said it was Sunday. Never going back again - fortunately the great staff at carluccios came to our rescue!
