Excellent results coaching Dave today. A fantastic 16 seconds shed off the coaching track from first to last run, through improvement on bike set-up, body positioning, corner set-up and brake timing.

Looking forward to a day coaching Dave tomorrow up at Eastridge woods. Some of the things Dave will be treated to are a short session up the pump track, bike set-up, body positioning & line choices, plus a nice picnic with real coffee.

We always take our coached riders to the pump track first for some basic but essential training before hitting the trails.

Well it's been a bit of a wait, but we are now fully insured, police checked (for kids coaching) and have permission off the forestry for use of Eastridge woods. First coaching session booked in for a one-on-one on Thursday. These can be booked in at an introductory one-on-one price of £125 for the day! Can't wait to get stuck in and see some results. 🤘🤘🤘

Included will be - Bike set-up Body positioning... How to pump to gain speed How to corner faster How to ride smarter, not harder! This will be a simple, fun day out, bring some dosh for pub grub and a good sense of humour. Both Jim and Sonny are MIAS level 2 qualified instructors and ready to share their experience on the trails. We are hoping to get some bookings in the bag for February, once insurances and permissions are in place.
