Went for the first time last night for valentines day. Fantastic food and great service, lovely surroundings, my only issue is that i felt it was a bit rushed, i normally like a little bit longer to choose my food, i got asked 3 times by 3 different staff if i was ready to pick my dessert in the space of about 5 mins... just a little thing but it would not stop me eating there again as i love italian and i loved the food....

We went for my mums birthday yesterday and everything was lovely, waiting reception, the staff, drinks and food.

The one thing we did notice was that the room we were dining in, didn’t have many textures around and the busy restaurant was quite loud so the noice was bouncing around and we couldn’t hear the tables conversation.

But apart from that perfect defo be back qagain �

Took my partner and 2 year old son today after being recommended, for a birthday meal. The staff were excellent with my son. The food was lovely. We will definitely be back.

Repeat visitor. Never can fault it. Friendly staff, good service. Amazing food and good value. What more could you want!

Our favourite restaurant. The surroundings and the atmosphere is the very best. There is a huge menu packed with amazing dishes and the wine list is packed with a good selection of quality wines. Service at Pinocchios is first class and all the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I promise you that you won’t be disappointed.

Not our first visit and definitely not our last visit.

We visit on average about once a month. We fare greeted by Julio, who is genuinely pleased to see us. We have a pre dinner drink whilst we decide what we are going to eat, then Carlo appears with some excellent recommendations for a suitable bottle of wine.

The staff waiting on tables could not be more courteous and helpful

Never disappoints. The penne alla arrabiata is to die for. Put it this way if I was on death row this is my choice for my last ever meal! Going to make it for the family in December. Owner told me the recipe!

My 1st visit yesterday Saturday 7thJuly family treat for my grandsons 7th Birthday.6 adults 3 children, we was looked after from beginning to the end, nothing was to much trouble considering it was a busy night.The staff was extremely friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them, they went out of there way to help which was nice and made sure my grandson enjoyed his treat. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely meal which we all enjoyed.👏👏👏

Lovely place great food and lovely staff .

Would recommend the pizzas they are very tasty and the chicken livers are really good.

We went just after six so it wasn't that busy started to fill up quickly though.

Lovely atmosphere, excellent service. Very nice selection of dishes and wines. Food a bit salty for my taste but still delicious.

Great food best proseco ever

Staff were great just turned up and a table was ready no waiting around .

Lunch menu plenty of choice and potion sizes were ample.very well presented .

Definitely will go back .

Great food, great staff, only thing I didn't enjoy, with it being a Saturday it was packed and the tables are so close to one another I literally had to raise my voice to talk to my girlfriend who was sat right in front of me, other than that it was excellent.

A fabulous and wide choice of food served in a modern relaxed environment. Service was friendly and staff knowledgeable both bout courses and wine list. Would most definitely recommend this restaurant.

Service was good until the waitress tried to memorise everyone’s dessert orders! Then one was wrong and another was forgotten about! Food generally ok but the Risotto was awful. Wouldn’t rush back to be honest!

The waiter today was extremely rude and disrespectful when we ordered our meals. I asked for the veg pizza with no cheese he laughed and said they are Italian they put cheese on everything, I explained we are vegan and I had called ahead to check the pizza would be suitable. His reply was we dont do vegan food we have killing in everything.. I was shocked and would have walked out at this point but we were with a large group. The food was average and overpriced. We will not be back.
