Sent my little Maltese dog to have hair cut today. Has come back looking so smart, even with the added bow tie. Did a really fantastic job, better than we’ve ever had before. So easy and I felt very relaxed knowing he was looked after by Rachel. I even think he felt more relaxed. Can’t wait for the other 3 to have there’s done now

Rachel was lovely. My border terrier Kaia came home looking very neat and tidy and smelling heavenly. Will be returning for future grooming.

Rachel is so fantastic with my naughty little Bichon Frise Louis. He absolutely adores her and she always does an amazing job despite his wriggling! Rachel is very considerate and will always try to fit us in to her schedule at a convenient time. She is very attentive and will make sure that the grooming is completed to an extremely high standard. Thanks Rachel :) x

Hi! I highly recommend Pip's Palace, to every dog owner! Rachel Van Der Vliet handstripped my border terrier, and did it with patience, friendliness and expertise! She has a rapport with dogs and their owners! She also did a brilliant job in grooming my daughter's puppy!

She listens to what you want, and does exactly what you want! Also she has very good advice, to offer! We give her an A☆! Kay Boon!

Couldn't recommend Rachel enough. Both my dogs Rolo and Lola went here for the first time and both come back looking gorgeous. Rachel really cares for the dogs and takes care of them whilst there and gains there trust! Rolo and Lola look forward to going back ��
