excellent fish and chip restaurant either eat in or take away great service and non greasy fish and chips if not been yet then it is a must visit.

Superb quality fresh & tasty fish almost steam cooked inside the most delicate crispy batter. Non greasy chips all fried in a responsible choice healthier rice bran oil. We've been customers for over a year.

So happy with the gluten free fish and chips, the fish was tasty, the batter light and not thick or greasy. The chips are properly cooked, all in all, excellent value for my favourite meal! Thank you!!!!!

Just had my first cod and chips from Pisces and it was probably the best fish and chips I have eaten

I came for a meal tonight with my son we both had cod and chips, the fish was outstanding really fresh and melt in the mouth and the staff were really friendly too :)

On the way home my son said "my meal was really really awesome" that made me smile and made my day.

Had our 1st here on 21st june was recomended by a friend , we was not dissapointed fish was sooo good not swimming in grease chips very nice and mushy peas like they used to be not watery, Well done guys

Gluten free fish and chips last night where amazing, it was great being able to have some fish and chips at last. Not greasy at all, cooked fresh and still hot when I got home. I hope you do this again in the future.

Would give 4 1/2 stars if it could be done on this site. While on a 3-week trip to England, Wales and Scotland, my wife and I visited several Fish and Chip shops and comparing them. We always ordered Cod and mainly compared the fish, chips and mushy peas. Pisces had the best fish and mushy peas, and were a close second in chips. Their fish had good rich flavor and a nice crispy crust, unlike the others which were mealy and tended to be lacking flavor. The mushy peas had a desirable taste and consistency, and the chips were as good as any of the others except one that edged them out on crispiness. All chips we tried were better than most we have in the USA. All the fried food was fresh and hot, served within a minute or two of cooking. Service was fast, attentive and very friendly. We recommend Pisces to anyone.

We have been coming to Pisces since it opened and loved it. I'm really sorry to say that recently the prices have gone up and the potion sizes have really gone down, what a shame.

I usually pop in when my son has football training. I have seen both positive and negative reviews. I have had consistently good food, fish fresh and tasty. Service always with a smile. Will continue to visit when in Thrapston.
