Went in for lunch and had a very attentive waitress who was very pleasant and helpful. Shared a bottle of prosecco with my friend who was visiting from Scotland. Come here quite a lot. �

We went here for the first time to have a meal and the food was delicious. Our waitress was really friendly and the drinks were great too. We can't go back to weatherspoons now after tasting your food! Highly recommend.

We reserved a table in the bird cage, had dinner and cocktails.

We had a lovely meal, their beer-battered cod & chips. It was served very hot, with a large portion of fish that was almost the same length as the oval plate. It was tasty and filled us ! The waitress, a New Zealander lady, was attentive and very pleasant. There was no problem getting a table, and were very pleased with our experience.

We go for the freebies, if you sign up, every month you get sent a link for a free drink. Also offers to do with menu, free drink, discounted food etc.

Lovely place and the patio section has the sunlight till quite late in afternoon. And yes as a previous reviewer stated, the best looks in town

A modern, sophisticated, yet down to earth venue in a beautiful building, excellent bar service and a great menu with plenty of professionally prepared drinks options.

Lovely place. Great building. Staff great and very friendly. Been back twice so far and only here for the w/e. Food last night was really nice, served until 10pm too. Highly recommend it.

Had a lovely night but we were very disappointed as we had been sent free drink vouchers and were unable to use them due a issue accepting voucher codes the voucher expires by the end of May so we won't get the opportunity too use them again due to family commitments. 😞

Food and drink were good but we went for lunch on day of Billy Ocean at Vivary Park and there appeared to only have one waitress. We had to grab her to place an order. Tables were not cleared and we could have left without paying (luckily we are honest!) as could lots of others. Chaos, on a hot sunny busy day, the management need to sort themselves out as lovely place and great location.

Thanks for making me vomit. Apart from the fact the table service is appalling until you actually say something, and has been since they introduced it, and they ignore the drinks tickets making you walk to the bar to find them because of the shoddy table service, some idiot poured oil all over my food which i later found out was not the dressing as advertised. (I did tell the manager) This lead to me throwing the entire meal up afterwards. Great work p&p. Do I need to come and teach you how to run a restaurant area?

Over priced no proper beer just trendy lager that all tastes the same. Garden was ok

£4:80 for a bottle of cider!!! to say I took my time drinking that, would be a understatement. And not even a smile off the barmaid and don't get me started off on the tasteless pasta dish I had the misfortune of ordering,it was like the soulless barmaid had sucked all the favour out of it and put it the jar of souls she keeps under the bar. A little tip for the cook.......SAIT.

Would be lower than 1 star if possible. We arrived today to try and have lunch - despite not serving today without a reservation, no staff member told us when they let us in (the entrance without steps was blocked by a Christmas tree so someone had to let us in); or the members of staff who saw us getting the buggy up the steps inside (for some reason, the only tables you can use with young children are up some steps) until after they had seen us putting our daughter into the high chair. Fire exit also partially blocked by Christmas tree. Will not be going back.

Went for a quiet few with my partner and some friends not long ago. Ordered a diet Lemonade for my partner who is diabetic and got given a full fat coke. Told the bar tender I didn't order that and I had ordered a diet lemonade. He responded my sarcastically asking me which venue in the town actually served diet lemonade.

I told him if he wasn't serving he should have told me rather than assuming I wanted something different which we couldn't drink anyway. Very rude and dissapointing service.
