BARBECUE:
Pit Style BBQ is an art form. To get it right you need a whole lot of patience and then some serious skills. Great hunks of meat are seasoned, then smoked and cooked for up to 18 hours in enclosed pits over slow burning hardwood. The results are out of this world - tender, juicy, melt in your mouth meat the likes of you've never tasted before.
BARBECUE SANDWICHES:
... Served on a toasted brioche bun. There is 1/3 lb of meat in each sandwich we serve. Unless, of course that is, you decide to go for the Double Meat option.
Chopped brisket: with onions, pickles, BBQ Sauce 7.50
Pulled chicken: with bacon, lettuce, tomato and ranch sauce 7.50
Pulled pork: with creamy coleslaw, pickles and BBQ sauce 7.00 Smoked Hot Link sausage: homemade authentic Texan pork and beef sausage served with onions, pickles and BBQ sauce 7.00
Double Meat: Any 2 meats, coleslaw, pickles and BBQ sauce 10.00
BARBECUE PLATES:
served with cowboy beans, creamy coleslaw, freshly baked bread, pickles & onions.
Each barbecue plate comes with Pitmaster Jack's ''Jackin House'' BBQ sauce served on the side.. It's a little bit sweet and a little bit spicy..just the way I like it....but you can make up your own mind.... it's up to you if you choose to use it. You see Jack knows that whilst music and barbecue can bring people of all races and all nations together under one roof, there will always be the odd difference. Like those who like a little sauce and those who don't.... and then there's those just waiting to be converted.
