Terms & Conditions Requirements for Booking a Party: * A deposit (£60) is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking a Pixies Pamper Party. This can be by cash on reception or via telephone as we accept all major debit/credit cards. Final payment (remaining £240) is due no later than the day before the party. * When booking a Pixies Pamper Party a two week notice is necessary. * ...The deposit is an acknowledgement that you agree to all of the terms and conditions discussed on this page. Cancellation Policy: * All deposits are non-refundable. If you must cancel your party, please contact us as early as possible so we can schedule another date and time for your party. * Please provide at least a 48 hour notice of your cancellation. Illness Policy: * Life happens. If the Birthday Girl becomes ill and the party must be cancelled, we will work with you to find an alternate party date (based on availability). The deposit for the original party day will be carried over for the new date. Please provide at least 48 hour notice of illness, if possible. * Illness also affects our Therapists. In the rare case that our Therapists are too ill to conduct your Party, we will make every effort to contact you at least 48 hours in advance. Should this happen, we will reschedule your Princess Party at a 20% discount. Food and Beverage Policy: * We advise that we do not carry a food licence so any hot/cold food must be supplied by yourself. We have kitchen facilities for you to use. We do provide a fully stocked sweet trolley, chocolate fountain, pink lemonade and soft drinks. We can not be held responsible for any special dietary requirements or allergies. Behavior Problems Policy: * The hostess/host, or the birthday girls parent/guardian is responsible for any behavior problems or issues during a Pixie Pamper Party. Our Therapists will not be held responsible for providing any disciplinary action during a party. * In order to deliver a magical experience for your Birthday girl, please be present and observant of any behavior that may become distracting to the party. It is your responsibility to maintain a calm and orderly party. Accident or Damage Policy: * Pixies Pamper Parties is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur at any of its parties. Pixies Pamper Parties will not accept any liability for personal items that may be lost, broken or stolen during your visit. Parental Consent: a parental/guardian consent form must be completed and signed. This confirms that you are happy for our Therapists to carry out age related treatments and that you agree to our terms and conditions.
