Pizza Bee

So we have used pizza bee so many times over the past few years we must spend nearly a hundred pound a week on weekend takeouts and the food has been really good but this past month it's really gone down hill! Smaller and inconsistent portions, burnt pizzas, being charged when delivered even after paying online, not bringing the full order that's been paid for... sort it out please??

Think you need some new delivery drivers ones that preferably know where they are going! It shouldn't take over an hour and half to deliver 2 pizzas and when they do turn up they are freezing cold.

We drove into Bridlington to order three pizzas from this place. We're only 10 minutes away, but when we got in two of the pizzas were not what we'd ordered. We called them to ask that they deliver two replacements, but were told no, they only had one delivery driver and they would give us a free pizza next time we came to them. So we paid for two pizzas we couldn't eat, but lucky us, we'd get one free pizza at another time! The response should have been an apology and promise the deliver replacement pizzas asap. Instead my sisters left me at home to drive out again to pick up replacement pizzas. It ruined our night and both the man and the woman we spoke to on the phone were really rude, even putting the phone down on us saying they were 'too busy for this'! We won't be going there again - terrible service!

They have great deal on their menu option and great taste takeaway meal.

We usually order takeaway from pizza been and have been usually very satisfied with the service we received. There were occasional mix ups but usually they were happy to help fix the problem. However this time 2 items we ordered were missed off the order so we rang up to let them know and we were told that they were both with the order, the man was shouting in the background saying the items were with then order (basically accusing us of lying) the young woman on the phone to whom we were speaking to could hardly get a word in edge ways because a man in the background was shouting over her telling her that the items were with the order despite the fact we had not received them. They then contacted us further after ringing the driver to find that the items had been left at pizza bee by accident. Showing that this man had not even bothered to check for the items before shouting over their own staff saying the items were with the order. The driver brought the items back out to us and was very polite and apologetic as well as the young lady we spoke to over the phone.
The staff could not have been better mannered and helpful however the man shouting in the background whom I am under the belief is likely the owner or one of the cooks was extremely rude and is lucky to have such tolerant staff as I would be leaving this place if I worked there.
Unfortunately this experience has completely put us off and we will not be ordering from this place again in the future.

Cba delivering at midnight. Closed apparently. But opening says closing 1245

Fast delivery phenomenal food and service easily the best take away I've had

First time I've ordered from there.I'm really fussy with takeaways.it was absolutely beautiful and friendly staff will be my main place when visiting bridlington top marks all round xx
