Took 2 hours for cold food to be delivered

They told me an hour and a half and I rang up after an hour and three quarters and they said twenty minutes at lest... not impressed

I'm afraid it's my last time here.
They never get the order right.
Everyone charges what they feel like especially when they deliver.
The half pound chicken burger is no way half pound.
There is always confusion behind the counter because there is too many running around like headless chickens.
Don't ask for cheese cause you will never get it.
Don't ask for ketchup because you will get mayo.

Enough said.

Need to keep their leaflets updated with price changes.

This isn't gourmet food. It's an above average take away. I doubt it will win awards but the food they do, they do well. Always on time and the delivery drivers are friendly. Always look forward to my next meal from here.
