We love authentic Italian food and having spent time in Tuscany, Rome and Naples and experienced first hand the joy that great wood fired cooking can offer, we decided it was time to bring the passion and love to this style of truly life affirming catering to UK customers who craved authenticity and something unique for their special celebration.
We set off across Europe and the US exploring the different set ups and staging for a celebration mobile wood fired catering service, finally settling on a model and style we came across in Boulder, Colorado and where we went back to school for a time to learn the craft! We bring to our UK guests the largest available Italian Wood Ovens on wheels and believe we have truly captured the essence of what we experienced all this years ago in Italy.

Our Caputo dough is hand stretched and shaped to ensure the traditional Neapolitan pizza experience; a lightly singed , bubbled crust with a thin base that has just the right amount of exposure to our italian oven floor to allow you to fold for easy eating. It’s delicious food, great theatre and a love for the best authentic artisanal pizza that truly sets Pizza Principles apart.
Based out of Bollington, Cheshire and operating out of a Level 5 FSA rated commercial kitchen, we are ready to raise the bar at your celebration. In service since spring 2014 and firing up at the region’s best celebration events, so if your lucky enough to be on the guest list come on by and say hi!
