At Pj Bryer we are always trying to think of ways to improve our business and with a new van joining our fleet we decided to redesign the graphics. We had a problem with our central heating , we had booked with another company for 9th February! P J Bryer were able to squeeze us in at the last minute, brilliant job , clean efficient professional engineer and very reasonable prices. Next job to book with them wet room in the on suit �.
Very professional from the moment I called to make an appointment, to the engineer identifying the problem and fixing it. It was refreshing to find a trades person who I felt was being upfront.
Highly recommend team PJ Bryer, had no hot water they came round on time told me how much to fix it, unfortunately not economically viable, I asked for replacement boiler prices they gave me three options told me about the pros & cons of each, I went for their recommendation an Atag combi boiler really efficient quality boiler with an amazing Atag one control system on it, really pleased. What more can you ask for from your heating engineer, brilliant!!!
Great bathroom selection, designing process was a piece of cake and the team at PJ were nothing but excellent!
Excellent service from P J Bryer - needed a new water tank and the boiler was making a funny noise - water tank replaced in the morning - very quick, clean and efficient - and the boiler serviced in the afternoon with a replacement fan and everything working marvellously. Highly recommended.
Excellent plumbing advice today from the PJ Bryer engineer after he serviced our boiler, which PJ Bryer installed in 2011 having serviced the previous boiler for years. When the service is this good there's no reason to go elsewhere.
Couldn't get any hot water and had an engineer arrive later that day. Quick and easy fix and the costs were covered under my service contract!
Naff finish and undisclosed costs. Would not use again.
