We went on Sunday 10 th June we had a lovely time waiter was very helpful and professional service food was excellent we had the steak and it was cooked to perfection the cocktails were lovely too

We had a gorgeous meal for my husband's 38th birthday. Food was delicious, service was outstanding and our children were completely entertained throughout. They were absolutely mesmerised by the big screens and original memorabilia and for once there were no fights between the three. A big win for my little family.

We are regular diners here. Booked for the 25th birthday and was celebrating end of year 6 SATs. Our waiter was great, food was brilliant and a nice surprise, Will Smith was walking around talking to diners. We had our photos taken with him and my daughter had great joy talking about it in school today.

Was a walk in without a reservation on the off chance of getting a table due to passing by, staff were great got us a seated straight away the burger & choc milkshake was excellent as was the movie items on display.

Service was fast and food was great. We had a pre theatre menu. Heard that you sometimes get pressured to upgrade but that was not the case for us. Excellent.

Planet Hollywood .., fantastic atmosphere, fantastic staff and would recommend it anyone. A well done to the blonde Female manager who made us feel so welcome

One of THEEE best places to enjoy dinner, have fun and have great customer service. Loved it plus play good music and movie trailers.

My partner, Katy Dean, and I had dinner here on Friday just passed. The waitress was very quick to seat and to serve us and she was very friendly. My partner had a mahoosive burger and I had had the Hollywood Club sandwich. The burger was incredible and the club sandwich was the best sandwich I've had. To top it off, we were sat beside Rambo's knife, Bruce Willis' shirt, and the Terminator's jacket, and it just so happens I was wanting to watch these movies lately... Hint hint, Katy Dean 😬



We will definitely drop back in the next time we're "in town."

First time I been here, amazing decor, fantastic food and lovely friendly service from the beautiful Esther. Was my friends birthday and they announced it on large screen and brought her a mini cake with sparkler. Definitely coming again x

Called in on the off chance of a table to grab something to eat before a show. Two lovely young ladies greeted us at the door and fiited us in at a free table. We received a great service and our order was taken quickly. We weren't waiting long for our meals came. Food was great and a good price. Will be visiting again when in the area. Thank you for a great service.

Brilliant lunch was amazing plus 20% off with hop on hop off bus, great value for money, my wee girl bought a sweatshirt for memories it is lovely, thank u xxx

1st time coming here and have to say amazing!! Our server was so nice, friendly and was quick to get us seated and served. I loved the fact that we didn't get disturbed every 5 mins to ask if everything was ok like most places. Set menu was a little limited but still have a choice of burgers, salad, ribs and a club sandwich so can't go wrong and a bargain! The portion sizes were also bigger then I was expecting burger was huge and chips were deceiving in size. So thank you again Planet Hollywood will defiantly be coming to eat here again soon!!

Food was better then I expected an worth every penny! Service was great and atmosphere was fab to top it off! Thumbs up from me �

It hasn’t got the atmosphere that it had in the previous location and the memorabilia was a bit disappointing. Some of it was the same as years ago and the Harley from Rocky 3 has gone. Food was ok , nothing special for the prices they charge.

Won’t be rushing back to be honest.

Well, the staff are friendly that's a good start. I was enthused to see a sign which said "still the best burger in town". Let me name a few better ones ... Smash Burger, GBK, Burgista Bros, TGI's ... I could go on.



It really was a poor piece of meat, devoid of any flavour or texture. I can assure this was neither short rib or chuck steak! Really disappointing as was my wife's meal of spaghetti and meatballs. I swear the pasta tasted and had the texture of Heinz tinned spaghetti.



My son's hot dog was OK but you can't balls up a hot dog that much can you? My experience was also interrupted by a geek who kept trying to take photo's of the gun that was used in James Bond which was hanging on the wall by our table.



Such a shame that this place relies on reputation now but it really has aged and they feel they can get away with serving food which is better in so many places for a more reasonable price. TGI's has this joint licked in every way.

There is no good vegetarian food. An entire section of the menu is dedicated to people who are gluten free, but there’s next to nothing for people who don’t want meat. Very disappointing.

Starters came out separately from the other party members. Long wait then for the main courses. Poor service, empty glass taken and she was gone before I could request another. Tried to get the attention of 4 waitresses before waving my arm dramatically in the air to eventually gain their attention. They then put a 12.5% service charge on the bill at the end and they expect this to be paid!
