Went to watch Coventry Blaze had a fantastic night, brilliant atmosphere and the icing on the cake was my Girlfriend along with other fans got to skate at the end of the game with a few of the team ÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹÔŅĹ

Went to see professionals on ice tonight with family. What a great night & show . Nice to see Coventry has some up & coming talent. Thanks for a great night.

We had a great birthday party here for my 8 year old daughter and 10 of her friends. None of them were confident skaters and some of them had never done it before but the hosts were brilliant and we paid extra for a 30 minute lesson which really helped everyone's confidence. The party room was lovely, the food was great and the parents were well catered for with hot drinks (and pastries which we ordered as an extra). Everything ran very smoothly and it was a lovely, stress-free experience. Thank you to Jody and all of the other staff for excellent communication and organisation. My daughter and her friends were over the moon with their experience. A perfect birthday :-)

Watching Team GB vs Lithuania Ice Hockey was amazing!! Loved the atmosphere and we‚Äôll definitely be back ÔŅĹ

Took fifty friends to watch the ice hockey. We had a great time and made a lot of noise, cheering and chanting as you're supposed to do to spur on the players giving their all down there on the ice. Most of the rest of the crowd were surprisingly somewhat subdued, with barely a peep out of them the whole match. The only time they seemed to get into the spirit of things was when Scorch (who is the team mascot and some sort of crocodile creature) was throwing free pizza and sausage rolls into the crowd. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed the evening and certainly will be back!

My daughter has had skating lessons here for 6 months. Nikolai has been amazing and I would recommend him to anyone with a shy and nervous youngster

My daughter had her birthday party here and it was fantastic. The party host was brilliant with the kids, and it's great value for money!

I would personally like to thank you on behalf of the air ambulance for your donation for our raffle at our live music extravaganza on Friday 7th October at the railway club in rugby. This contributed to helping to raise a grand total of ¬£1878.60 for the air ambulance. Many thanks . We will be holding another one next year on Friday 6th October and hope you might do the same again ÔŅĹ

I was invited to watch Alice in Wonderland on Ice and totally loved seeing all the skaters, everyone had put so much effort in it was fantastic. Thank you to everyone at Planet Ice I loved it!!! X X

I just want to say a very big thankyou to the kind young gentleman who helped me with my back by filling up my hot water bottle to help my back pain for the 4.5 hours I was there watching my 2 girls skate. You are very respectable, I was very touched by your concerns and asking if I were okay. I hope you see this post as I really do appreciate the fact that you went out your way to ensure I was comfortable. Thank you very much. Sorry I do not know your name but If you see this post I am sure you will realise it is you I am talking about. Keep up the good work. :)

Had a brilliant time and from it i have booked private lessons for my daughter x

Extremely cold in there, even by ice rink standards. The staff were first class ensuring I had suitable seating to meet the needs of my disability. The ice hockey was very entertaining too.

Can't rate everyone highly enough!! Had my daughters 5th birthday here yesterday. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond and kids loved it big thank you to you all!

Took my daughter to see Alice in Wonderland on ice she loved it. The show was really good and it was wonderful seeing the little ones taking part

Planet Ice is great - all the staff and coaches are really friendly and helpful. My only constructive feedback would be that toilets and Crosbys Bar need a makeover as they are a bit scruffy and place could be a bit cleaner. Kids adore ISS lessons.

Looks great from the outside but it's a bit rundown on the inside, & it all revolves around the ice hockey.

Skating lessons for the kids & adults are great with good friendly coaching staff, to be fair all the staff are fantastic (always there to help). There in need of a room for off ice training as you quite often find them occupying the walkway around the ice or in the bar/restaurant area & you find yourself having to dodge them as they are jogging or exercising there.

Crosby's bar/restaurant is in need of some attention. I've ordered food only to be told after that they don't have one thing or another on several occasions. The TV screens showing the ice rink in Crosby's has a poor picture, probably taken from a security camera.

Overall it a great place but mainly because of the friendly staff that make it better than it probably is.

Both my children skate there regularly, one doing ice skating lessons the other plays ice hockey in the Blaze academy. Having travelled around the country quite a bit with the children's hobbies I have to say Coventry has good facilities in comparison to some with only one or two in the country providing better

Only rated GOOD due to the price.



I took my 2 year old daughter yesterday. The girls on receptions were extremely helpful and were extremely good at cross selling and they did have my attention.



However, the price of £19 for me and my daughter (her first time) was quite sad. I identified from the moment I was charged that this wasn’t somehwhere I could take her every Wednesday.



I went round the ice in 5 minute intervals and she was pushing her little penguin for balance. At the same time we had ‚Äúpros‚ÄĚ flying past us. It would have been great to see a little section for the younger audience so they can have the confidence to improve and most importantly enjoy the ice. She lost a lot of confidence when people were flying past her.



If there was a sectioned of bit for children and the prices were lower I would have made it a weekly activity.
