Platform 1 were pleased to welcome Lewis and his team for breakfast & dinner during their stay in Dartmouth.
Lewis Pugh is taking on a huge challenge by swimming the length of the Channel - some 350 miles (560km) - from Cornwall to Dover. The swim, which he hopes to complete within 50 days, is part of the worldwide Action for Oceans campaign, which calls on governments to fully protect at least 30% of the world's oceans by 2030.

Our chefs preparing a Dartmouth Lobster platter - Queenie Scallops (In shell), Crevettes & Mussels. Served with salad garnish, skinny fries & homemade garlic aioli. OPENING NIGHT TONIGHT ............... What an amazing night, huge success with very positive feedback. Special mention and thanks to our very talented chefs, front of house and bar staff for their effort and contributions in making the night “one to remember”. What a breath of fresh air for Dartmouth and, best of all, they want to attract the custom of local people - young and old! The drinks are competitively priced, the food is excellent and the staff go out of their way to please. Service in a service industry; now that is news! These guys have nailed it! Well done.

Thought we’d try out the breakfast this morning.....Great food & staff x

Had a fabulous lunch yesterday, loved the Lobster platter and of course the bubbles, highly recommend, great atmosphere, helpful staff, reasonably priced, nice to see a local restaurant buzzing

Brilliant addition to Dartmouth! Friendly professional service and great atmosphere. Really enjoyed a couple of drinks here last night - will definitely be back!

Need to follow food and hygiene regulations more diligently - I observed the young man running the pass plating up several dishes with bare hands for approx 15 minutes, he was pushing his glasses up on his nose and wiping his hands through his hair and not once did he wash his hands; another older man had a tea towel around his neck and I saw him use the same towel to wipe plates!!
