Did you know that today is #WorldPasswordDay? One easy way to make passwords secure but easy to remember is to take two unrelated words like CatDoor then add what the password is about. For an email this might be ema. Then add a number, say 001. CatDoorema001 is a really strong password. And all you have to do is change the middle bit.
