What a great wine bar - very relaxed even though it was full up - no hussle and bustle at the bar. Live acoustic music, great staff and a good choice of affordable cocktails as well as wines. Lots of different seating areas which made it feel cosy even though it's a pretty big bar. All round a great place for a chilled night out or for an occasion I think.

What a fantastic place. Booked a section for my husbands 30th birthday. The food & nibbles were fantastic, the staff were so friendly & organised, the entertainment was fab, the selection of drinks was great. The evening was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend for a special occasion or just an evening out. Thank you platform twelve

What a cool little place - so warm and welcoming for a post-Christmas shopping glass of red - loved the games for the kids, the comfy sofas and the lovely atmosphere ! Lovely staff, great bar choices - we'll definitely be back when we next come to Norwich x x

Very impressed, have been meaning to visit this venue for a few months now finally got a chance on Saturday. Brilliant to be in somewhere a little different to the commercial parts of the city, great live band..ch boogie I think they were called, again refreshingly different from hearing all the same old covers. Keep up the good work and will be there to visit again soon.

It was so nice to sit and have a drink, enjoy the atmosphere, have a conversation and listen to some wonderful piano. It's about time norwich had a venue with this perfect combination! Congratulations and we will see you soon!!!

I spent my 30th birthday evening at platform 12 this week. I had such a lovely night! Exactly what I wanted. The manager and staff went out of their way to help, from reserving and setting up an area, helping to put up and take down decorations and storing my bits a pieces until I had recovered enough to pop in and pick them up!! Good range of drinks too! Thank you!

Great place. Chilled atmosphere, friendly staff and good selection of drinks. We had pre-dinner drinks with some friends, liked it so much we went back after dinner! Hoping to pop in today and try coffee and cake

First time I had been there. Was early for a meeting at another venue, and freezing cold, so called in to warm up with a coffee. Lovely atmosphere, great staff, warm and relaxing with comfy sofas. Will definitely go there again. Thanks 😊

A classy joint, where you can drink cocktails whilst other visitors tinkle the ivories - or even have a play in the piano yourself! Lovely, friendly staff, and delicious drinks with only quality spirits used. Cosy in the autumn/ winter evenings and in my favourite part of yy city.

It's a great little place to meet up with mates for a drink before heading off for a meal, has bands on some weekends so can be lively, small bar with great drinks, just need a little more speed & attention from the bar staff.. ���
