Grand Prix rehearsals - DONE
I can't tell you how proud I am of you all. You had me in tears when I watched you perform the entire 8 minute routine.
You guys have been so focused, so driven, so professional and just so incredible all weekend. 20 hours in total you have rehearsed for!!!! That is insane!!!
... You have drilled, sweated, ached, felt defeated then come out triumphant!! I'm so proud to say you are part of PDA.
From the youngest to the eldest you all danced as one and with every ounce of energy!
Now to look forward to performance day 🏎🏎🏎🏎 I'm too excited to see you guys perform on the track 🤩🤩🤩

6:30 - 8 for those who did the workshop last year and have practiced

AMAZING FIRST REHEARSAL for our performance at the F1 Grand Prix. Well done everyone. I know you are all exhausted!!! Dancing for 4 hours solid straight after school with a LOT to take in. But you did it... Just 16 more hours of rehearsal to go 🙃 Thank you all for listening and working hard. I know it was intense but I'm proud of you all. Keep it up for the weekend. We start at 10am sharp. Bring plenty to eat and drink and dress accordingly as it will be hot!! Get a good night's sleep. Remember your spacing as the formations are extremely important. 🏎 Grand Prix Rehearsals 🏎
Today marks the start of our journey to perform on the race track at Silverstone!!
Reminder that you MUST attend all rehearsals!!
... This was sent in an email with rehearsal dates on 17th August last year before any payment was taken. They will not issue refunds to people!!!!!
The event organisers have made it clear that dancers must be there for every day of rehearsal. Please remember this is a HUGE event and obviously they want to make sure everyone is at their best for the performance. There is alot to learn and going over choreography for people who have missed it is not an option.
I am not the choreographer or the teacher. I am simply hosting this event. Their say is final.
I will be in attendance throughout the rehearsals all weekend however. (Maybe I can make a start on my tax return with 20 hours to kill 🤔😂)
Rehearsals are at the studio. There re 47 of you in total... Yes alot, but the routine is done in long lines and you will all fit no problem in the studio. Hiring a hall for 20 hours was just not an option.
Bring plenty to eat and drink.
Please understand I am given up 20 hours of my time this weekend and losing out on money as I have cancelled classes for this. I make no money at all from this event. Infact it has cost me alot of money. I have had to arrange childcare so I can sit at the studio to be there for you all. I cannot rearrange things, I cannot make exceptions, commitment is essential and this was stated BEFORE any payments were taken.
That said, I want you to all enjoy the experience. It is such a fantastic opportunity for you all and I am so excited to get to Silverstone and see you guys perform on the track in front of a GLOBAL AUDIENCE

Trying to motivate teenagers when is boiling hot in the studio is not easy. But we made in 🤣 good work guys - new choreo 😅

This weekend we have the rehearsals for the performance at the formula one Grand Prix.
Because of this there will be no rehearsals for Ricashay and Rubix on Friday and no acro on Saturday.
Those taking part in the Grand Prix rehearsals are needed Friday 4pm-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm at the studio. Bring plenty to eat and drink xx

Apologies to all recent enquiries. I have had a nightmare week of non stop car problems that has stolen all my time. I shall try catch up this weekend xx
