We offer Pilates Courses, Pilates Passes & Pay As You Go Classes
BEGINNERS/REMEDIAL PILATES: In this class, you will be taught the basic principles & Pilates movements using techniques from STOTT Pilates method & Body Mechanics. This class is the start point anyone new to Pilates whether you are an experienced exerciser or do not exercise at all, it is aimed at complete beginners to Pilates, it is suitable for those with back conditions & injuries.
STRETCH & RELAXATION Increase mobility Release stiff & achy joints & muscles. De-Stress & relax Prevents Injury. In this class we use Mobility, Stretching & Pilates Exercises. You will be taught how to properly activate & control important stabilising muscles to perform movements efficiently whist becoming supple & left feeling Energised!
As this class progesses you will also learn Myofascial Release exercises with the FOAM ROLLER
MIXED: The Mixed class is suitable once you have mastered the basic principles. In this class small equipment such as Stability balls, Pilates Rings & Resistance bands will be introduced.
INTERMEDIATE This is a faster paced class for those have experience doing Pilates in this class you will be challenging your core muscle and will be using a variety of s of equipment including, bands, small balls, larger exercise balls, foam rollers & the Pilates ring.

So I’ve been to Fitsteps, Strutology and family clubbercise and all have been fantastic.

Fitsteps- so much fun whilst getting that heart rate pumping plus I feel like I could be on Strictly.

Strut- and now I’m In a Beyoncé video! So much fun and great for boosting self esteem and confidence.

Family clubbercise - I did this with my daughter and we both really enjoyed it. Great way to spend time together and have fun.

Lisa’s classes are great! Zumba and clubbercise are great workouts but more importantly really fun so you don’t feel like you are exercising!!

Lisa is wonderful im doing pilates and she has put me in a class that is great for me as i have quite a few health issues. Lisa even came round to my place to see what sort of movements i can do and has helped me loads. I have to admit i wasn't sure i could do it but its great i love it. Anyone unsure give it a go whatever you choose just try a class and give it a go

I was new to Pilates and Clubbercise but with both, Lisa has a natural ability to make you feel at ease. She supports and instructs well whilst also challenging you just that little bit more each time. Her classes are great fun!

I found Lisa’s Pilates sessions helped me engage my core/ work the appropriate muscles in a way I hadn't been able to achieve in other Pilates classes. Lisa, you really take the time to check people are working properly and working at their own level rather than one size fits all.



I would recommend Lisa to anyone whom is looking to use Pilates for general toning, but more importantly I would recommend her to anyone whom is suffering with spinal dysfunction/ pain or sports injury. Lisa’s knowledge and skill on every aspect of the rehabilitation process has been built on years of experience,which only comes with time

I attend the fitdance class on a Wednesday and absolutely love it. 45 minutes of fun dance routines, I have no coordination or grace but I have a fab time trying
