The jelly tots really enjoyed being pirates in the water this morning steering their boats and making bubbles

Jelly Beans enjoying hand painting and some creative play this afternoon, they are making a giant moon ready for our Science display 😊🎨🎨

This morning some of our Jelly Beans got to have a go at some Doh Disco during group time - this helps to build strength in their hand muscles and promotes fine motor skills. Our Jelly Beans loved listening to the music, following the instructions and squeezing, poking, hitting, moulding and rolling the play doh 👏🏼✊🏼😊

Jellytots self registration board can be found as you come in next to the door. We will be encouraging our tots to recognise their own name and sign themselves in and out.

Jelly babies are enjoying den building this has promoted lots of communication such as "hiding " a house" "wow" "whats that" We are having so much fun exploring.

For the next few weeks we will be learning all about Chinese New Year in Pre School, our Jelly Beans have enjoyed listening to the story of The Great Race and today they got to explore some Chinese traditional clothing, learning about different foods and chinese culture - Some of our Jelly Beans got to try on some Chinese clothing and a dragon 🐉 which we see during the Chinese celebrations 🎉

Some of our Jelly Beans were busy making their own play doh this morning, they have enjoyed playing with it this afternoon, creating different shapes and building with it 👍🏼

Jelly Beans enjoyed listening to a story this afternoon called “Whatever Next” they loved talking about space and the moon and stars - so we decided this afternoon we would make a Rocket 🚀 this ties in with our upcoming space theme too 👌🏼 Jelly Beans loved gluing and sticking all different colours on to our Rocket.. “I’m going to the moon” 🌑 “I love stars, they are in space” ✨ “We see them at nighttime” ✨

This morning jelly babies had lots of fun exploring the foamy paint bags. Mixing some colours together to make a new colour. The jelly babies enjoyed finding the colours through the foam. They also enjoyed moving the cellophane squares around the gel.

We had an afternoon of Fine Motor Skills in Jelly beans today, some of our Beans enjoyed exploring the texture of the jelly and using their cutting skills, holding the scissors and cutting it into cubes. ✂️

Jelly Bean’s number of the week is 6, this morning they enjoyed some Maths activities. ‘Finding No 6’ ‘Counting Bears’ and some Number 6 worksheets.

Jelly babies have had lots of fun exploring the moon sand and foamy soap.

Well what can I say absolutely love this nursery the staff are all fab with every child they treat them like they are there own my son has come on so much with in a short space of time there teaching skills are brilliant I would 100 10% highly recommend this nursery to anyone couldn't thank you all enough xxx

The staff are amazing, go above and beyond with the children and treat them like family. My son loves going so much he doesn't want to leave lol thank you for the fantastic work you do.

The best decision we ever made sending our little bear cub! He absolutely loves it, the girls care for him like they would their own and the support they give him is second to none, best nursery ever! Thankyou so much �

Such an amazing and loving place for children to go to, it’s like a home from home and Layla looks forward to going into nursery! Staff are so lovely and welcoming and do their everything and more to help the children!

So after deciding to put our son into nusary their was only one choice for us and that was beechwood. After going down for a look around we were not disappointed true excellence is the word. All the staff are fantastic and all the children were so happy and very settled . We lft our son for an hour while we looked round then when it was time to go we couldn't get him out of the place. Looking forward to our sons settling in hour. Thank you so much to all management and all staff

Playaway is like a home from home both of my children have been and go here. They are so loving and teach them so much. Each child is loved as if they were their own children. My little boy still loves to go in and see everyone nearly 2 years after leaving. We have so much love for everyone here ������

Not only am I a member of the outstanding nursery practitioners at playaway but I am also a customer to which I am very pleased to say. My little boy was so clingy and upset when he started, I could see no light at the end of the tunnel.

yet the staff told me different give it time, again I didn't believe but with there lovely, kind and very large hearts they proved me wrong thankfully. Brilliant in every way! �

My daughter loves the nursery has been their since she was 2 the girl have brought Evie on loads

It was a massive decision for me for me to put my daughter in nursery. I so glad I made the decision in beechwood playaways. She has come on so much since starting and you know it's a fantastic nursery when your daughter aged 2 says when she is older she is going to look after the baby room in nursery �. Thank you for being her mummy when I'm away and helping her to learn and grow along the way xx

Even though my daughter Lola has only been to nursery for 3 months, she has settled in really well. She has bonded with the staff and loves looking at all the other children. I’m glad I made the decision to take her to beechwood playaway, it is a great nursery and I love how you can see how she is developing in nursery by logging on to tapestry.

Ok, so I’ve just had parents evening for my second child, I cried happy tears, partly because I know how well he is looked after and partly because I care so much for the lovely staff who look after my children. Both boys have attended this nursery and currently James is having a fabulous time thanks to his key worker who I know adores him and that is priceless, I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, thank you so much, it’s not just care for the children but parents too xx
