We had a cocktail masterclass and it was amazing , definitely recommend the manager was very helpful and polite and The class host to.

The drinks was great the dance floor was packed the entry fee decent price the only problem was the dJ on Saturday night kept playing the same music over and over again but overall the nightclub was amazing for a first night out in bham ��

Spent my birthday there and was the 1st time I've been clubbing in town. Music was banging dance floor was legendary had the best bar maid ever Loren cash quick service always served with a smile!

It was my first time going to players with my friends so we decided to get a booth for our first time, we was welcomed and shown around by a girl called lily, she sorted everything out for us and checked back on us throughout the night to make sure we was all happy and okay. The hostesses were so lovely and done everything they could have done to make sure we had the best night ever. Loved it here, will definitely be coming back for my nights out.

I loved the whole atmosphere it was great 👍🏾 good music would definitely recommend it to someone for a night out .. it I have 1 problem a camera lady came round and took me and my two mates .. as you do .. and there’s no sign of that picture anywhere thumbs down 👎🏾 to that ☹️

Had my daughters Hen Nite here on Saturday...Lily was very helpful and we had an amazing nite...Great drinks, cocktails and music!! Thanks to Players and all ur staff xx

Had a booth here the staff especially lily was amazing greeted us with a smile and made sure we had a great night which we did. Music was great and would deffo recommend to anyone again �

Big club two different dance areas playing different music. Always packed with people.

For the amount of guys needing cubicles it lost a star in my opinion(only 2 ) was my stag do so didnt find out about price of drinks as i never paid but they kept coming so it cant of been too bad. Spoke to one bar staff girl upstairs when i got a water and two lads on the downstairs bar and they all very approachable talkative and good at there jobs. Would reccommend and would most likely bowl back in there!�

Dance floors and music were great! Staff looked fed up� and we were offered a booth deal which was incorrect when we arrived as we received the wrong drink we paid for and had to pay extra for mixers we were told were unlimited in the price. So recommend a night out there but wouldn’t go for the first floor booths(:

Your staff need to know what VIP is! You pay extra for it and the staff don’t even know what wristband it is, what a joke, and after verifying it with a different worker I shook my head and the worker was aggressive towards me! This is totally a joke and didn’t expect it from a place I visit frequently!

Won a VIP booth for last night,when we got there no one told us where it was and then when they found it,they took nearly an hour to sort us out,staff were rude also.

We attend this venue every time we visit Birmingham. Great music, fantastic drinks and bar staff are very friendly.



Friday night however completely changed my view of this club. Our friend was refused entry by the bouncers because he was wearing ‘trainers’. When confronted with the fact that majority of the other men in the club were wearing trainers, the bouncer stated that our friends trainers were ‘too casual’. How they could describe his trainers were ‘too casual’ was unexplainable. They were black, smart, immaculate, Gucci trainers. I explained that it was an absolute joke that he could describe his shoes as ‘too casual’ when other men in the club’s trainers were more casual and literally looked as though they were the only pair of shoes they owned. I asked whether people were really going to pay attention to his shoes whilst in the club. Throughout our discussions the bouncer was continuing to let people into the building who were wearing trainers. His explanation being that they were ‘staff’.



Another friend decided to speak to management who explained that he would not override the bouncers decision. He stated that after a certain time the club turns from a bar to a club and so ‘casual’ trainers are not permitted. Why that should make a difference when pretty much every other male in the club is wearing trainers I DO NOT KNOW.



The bouncer was very rude and argumentative throughout, whilst I was trying to remain calm over the situation. As there was no logical reasoning behind refusing entry to our friend, we all decided to leave.



I will never be returning to this place. Sort out your bouncers. Great club being destroyed by staff at the face of the establishment.

Poorly trained bouncers. My mate went to help a unconscious girl and got kicked out. I’m sorry, but it would help if your staff where trained in this situation

Less than one star. A girl passed out and had a fit, and my friend, who is a trained professional, tried to help because the staff weren’t helping her. When he got to the girl to help her, the security told him to fuck off and kicked him out.

They are an awful club, with awful security staff who are rude beyond belief and don’t care about their customers health. Would not recommend. Go elsewhere. This place is one of the worst places I’ve been.

Kicking people out for trying to help a girl when ur bouncers weren’t doing much in the way of helping. Bouncers got aggressive when told what they were doing was wrong and could have made the girls situation worse. After looking at other reviews it’s clear that the bouncers can’t handle their massive egos.

I received racial comments from the door man who was Asian and was swearing in his own language at me , then my brother spoke to the management Louis who was very rude ,non of us was drinking for us to have be rejected. I would like to take this matter further to whomever it may concern I don't wish to speak to Louis !! When I have previously been in I was approached by door staff offering me drugs they new someone who could get me "something " then when I went to the toilet area I was approached by members of the public offering me the same things .
