I tried this company twice, and they were very good

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN ....Booked and payed for a taxi for 6 persons from home to Birmingham air port weeks before required only to be called at 10.00 pm ( 12hrs before pick up time ) to be told no one available to do it .Totally UNRELIABLE !!!!!!!

I needed to book a minibus for a colleague night out in Birmingham and so I went online through the taxisbirmingham.co.uk website and was put through to Plaza taxis where I made a booking. I then Googled Plaza and became nervous after seeing the reviews. But I have to say they were courteous and polite on the phone, very fairly priced, perfectly punctual, and very fair in the extra charge for our party making them wait. After our experience, and having had terrible service from another local taxi company on a previous occasion, Plaza were spot on!

WORST SERVICE EVER! AVOID!!! We had pre-booked a coach for 8am Friday 30th June. We called them just before 5pm on Thursday 29th June to confirm everything was okay, it turns out they had cancelled our coach for absolutely no reason and hadn't even bothered to inform us. They were extremely unsympathetic about the situation they had put us in and really couldn't care less that they had affected our trip massively!
