We have recently obtained planning permission for a 5 bedroom new build house in Bramhall, Cheshire, which was about to start on site but rightly so, stopped due to the virus. This was not ideal for our elderly residents so we suggested changing the construction to an off site prefabricated eco house, to try and maintain a construction completion date similar to agreed dates, (dependant on when its safe to start) All setting out was revised quickly and the frame and substructure has just been agreed and ordered.

We have just received an email and photos from a happy Client of this completed 2 storey side extension on a tricky corner angled plot to create a downstairs utility, wc and snug at ground floor, with an additional bedroom, walk in wardrobe and large en suite at first floor. We obtained planning permission and provide a full building regulations and tender package

Recent bedroom extension with juliet balcony and en suite with vaulted roof not only to maximises height but made room for a staircase upto the large wardrobe in the remaining roof space.

Remodelling with structural works and installation of full kitchen and back of house areas at the Dane Bank for Robinsons Brewery... PLG Design obtained Planning approval, provided the full tender package, building regulations, project management including costing the project and were Principle Designers on the project to provide a full service. Pubs dont function if the back of house areas don't work

1st site meeting for Robinsons Brewery this morning, Full Kitchen and back of house refurbishment, PLG have provided the full tender package, obtained planning permission and building regulations approval. We are also the project managers, providing advising on costings and Principle Designers on the project to provide a full service with one consultant for the Client.

Full remodelling of the toilets and hallway with the introduction of a Disabled WC to the The Manners pub in Bakewell for Robinsons Brewery... 10 weeks after receiving client brief to completion on site....(3 weeks on site) PLG provided the full tender package, building regulations and interior design, project management including costing the project and were Principle Designers on the project to provide a full service.
