We stayed here in June 2016 when attending a family wedding. Lovely accommodation and great food �

The perfect quintessential country pub full of character and characters. Lovely landlord and lady who personally made us very welcome. Food was also spot on....all in all I would highly recommend this pub whether going just for a drink or to eat.....ps the rooms looked great as well 😉👍

Thanks for a lovely meal last night. Me and my wife both had the steak which we're cooked to perfection compliments to the chef.

Our first visit to the Plough last night - loved the cosy restaurant with the log burner ablaze. Lovely selection of specials but we plumped for the fish and chips which was delicious - beautiful flaky fish in a crispy and light batter in a huge mound of chips and with mushy peas and tartare sauce. All piping hot and freshly cooked. Great service too. Will be back.

Lovely pub, big clean family room, good food and fantastic hospitality - we are vegan and the kitchen went out of their way to accommodate us which was really appreciated. And we were given a free charge for the electric car - hug even thanks for that as well. Very much recommend.

Had a wonderful dinner with some delicious things on the specials board. Staff were friendly and attentive and accommodated special requests for toddler. Can’t wait to come back

Great place and Fantastic staff. We've had such a lovely day at the Beer Festival and it was very child friendly too!

Fantastic midweek meal with the boys. Starting with a wonderful hot scotch egg which two of us shared and then a terrific TBone. All served with a smile.

great food , quick service lovely hosts well kept pub well kept beer , nice cosy country pub with a great atmosphere , added bonus a defibrillator fitted on the door just incase you overindulge !!!!!
