Temporary and Contract
Whether you need a fix for an immediate requirement, a business relocation or a specific vacancy, Plumstead Bond is experienced in sourcing quality referenced staff for temporary positions. We understand that there are times when businesses need assistance due to staff illness, maternity cover and one off projects and we can fill these roles with people that will enable you to carry on as usual.

Interim
Interim vacancies normally arise when a specific project is being carried out within a company. There are also instances when a senior role may need to be backfilled or due diligence needs to be carried out. Interim recruitment is all about managing change and we can provide a dedicated service with an assurance that confidentiality and discretion are top of our agenda. With years of experience in filling Interim roles, we have dealt with most scenarios and clients use us time and time again based on our track record of success. Hiring managers can be assured that their interim position is in safe hands.

Permanent
It’s all in the detail with a permanent position. We like to meet the hiring manager and work out the exact skills and fit of person needed for the role. Our role is about advising and matching. We can advise clients on the recruitment process and minimise the chance of getting it wrong. We like to invest time up front to make the process more efficient and ensure you get the right person for the role you have identified.

Candidates
It is a leap of faith changing jobs whether through forced or chosen circumstances and it can be incredibly stressful. With a difficult economy and growing dependence on portals for finding work, we offer an alternative by providing a more personal service to candidates. As well as fully understanding the job specification, we will advise them how to prepare for an interview and how to present themselves. We will always thoroughly brief candidates and ensure that they can demonstrate they are right for the role before we put them forward.
