Fantastic customer service!! Alan who runs the shop is very welcoming and has top draw knowledge when it comes to bikes, weather its fixing, building or just advise on what type of bike is best for u, his shop is on another level compared to halfords, will always use plush cycles from now on.

'A LITTLE SUNDAY PANIC RESOLVED' - I Phoned Plush Hill Cycles Sunday morning as new customer with a worn rear bearing and hub, They were happy to repair the wheel that same morning, 'While I waited'.

I found the staff very knowledgeable, eager to help and friendly people.

Really appreciated their prompt help, would recommend to any cyclist - It's nice to know your there for when I need you again.

Did a great job. Dropped the bike off 2 days before it was booked in to be done and got a text the next day to say it was done (1 day ahead of schedule). Friendly and professional service. I would recommend.

The organisation and helpfulness in plush hill cycles is second to none, the mechanical services they offer are flawless and I've always been happy with the results. They also offer a wide range of products and can help with pretty much anything bike related.

From the 1st time of going to this shop I was left in no doubt of the professionalism and experience of the team.
No job seems to be to small or to big and everything I have had done works from the off with no returning , has restored my faith that there are still places out there who give you a truly excellent service.

Do not think that its a shop that will turn their nose up at you if you are not a lycra wearing carbon riding bike god either.
The service and advice given when wishing to upgrade my old steel track bike was second to none a true credit.
