on Monday I was told only restricted view tickets were left for the Portsmouth game so I purchased one. on Tuesday they decided to open block19. however they refused to move me or refund my money when I asked. so ill be watching from a restricted view seat while there are empty seats in block 19. hows about looking after the fans argyle. its not all about money
