Pilkington Marine Engineering Ltd was founded in 1966 and since this time the company has steadily grown and with it a reputation for quality and marine and industrial engineering knowledge. In the late nineties the company became a limited company and was made a main service support centre for MAN Marine & Industrial Engines

Today PME Ltd specialise solely in MAN products which has given us an unrivaled understanding of MAN engines and applications This enables us offer both experience and expertise. The company's sphere of operation has also changed dramatically from the early years with engineers traveling the length and breadth of the United Kingdom, Eire and Europe. This has lead to a very broad customer base ranging from the private individual with motor vessels up to 120 metres in length to large boat builders and authorities.
