Great day at Ludlow as Dieu Vivant wins easily under a fantastic ride by Ed Glassonbury. He has some great past form in France but it has taken him a while to show his form in the UK but he bounced back to form today in great fashion. The plan will be Aintree with him now as it’s in and hopefully he can run a big race for Lord Daresbury at his beloved track. We have always wanted to get Ed a ride over the big fences and hopefully this lad can do that.

Fantastic day at Doncaster as Just a Par wins giving Toby Wynne his first winner from his first ride under rules. Toby gave the 13 year old a great ride keeping him up to his task. Toby is a hard working member of the team at Stockton Hall and gives plenty of help with the pointers. Great to have a winner under rules for the Myddelton family who have been big supporter of the yard.

Dragonfruit ran a blinder at sheriff Hutton on Sunday to be 2nd on his racecourse debut. Experience beat him on the day but kept galloping strongly to the line. He’s fine big horse by black Sam Bellamy and with a bit of time on his side will make into a lovely horse. He’ll now go to Goffs UK next week.

Great to see Wagner put in a solid performance yesterday to just be beat on his first start under rules, having started his career here and went on to be sold at tatts Cheltenham sale. He looks to have a good future and should be winning soon.

It was a fantastic day at Tattersalls Cheltenham on Thursday where we sold very exciting 4 year old Wagner to Anthony Honeyball for £50,000. He was a very easy winner last time at Garthorpe and should improve with a summer on his back. Good luck to his new connections and we are sure he will be in the winners enclosure again soon.

2nd horse has since won very easily. Wagner offered today at tattersalls Cheltenham.

Here is our 4 year old winner ‘Wagner’ winning by a distance on the bridle in impressive style at Garthorpe yesterday. He has always shown us a lot of ability and it was great to see him have a bit of luck after badly knocking into himself and then unseating Ed to jump very professionally and win hard held.

Impressive 4 year old winner today at Garthorpe!
Great day today at Garthorpe as Wagner won his maiden by a distance on the bridle. He was given a lovely ride by Ed Glassonbury and jumped very professional and skipped away from his rivals to win by a long way hard held. He has always showed plenty at home and it was great to see him put it all together today and looks like he will now hold a big future under rules.

Double at Sandon!
Great day at Sandon today with both our runners being victorious. Wasastylequeen was a winning 4 year old debutant and made a impressive debut to run out a convincing winner by 3 lengths with the win never really in doubt. It was a especially impressive performance considering she was carrying 3lb overweight. She is as given a great ride by Ed Glassonbury. She is a scopey filly with plenty of size who has always had a great attitude and jumped very well con...sidering it was her racecourse debut. She has shown us plenty at home and we were confident she would take a lot of beating. She looks like she will have a big future under rules and will now go to the sales.
Port Melon beat a good field in the men’s open including Garde Ville and Ballyrath and was given a great ride by Harry Myddelton to run out a commanding winner. He seemed to travel better in the blinkers today and every reason to think he can win hunter chases still judged on today’s effort.

Eeze a Saint wins the Intermediate in good style yesterday at Tabley. Here are some great shots taken by @jtwequinephotography

User

Great winner today at Tabley as Eeze a Saint wins easily by 15 lengths in impressive fashion. It was a Shame Ed couldn’t ride him but Jack Savage stepping in and gave him a lovely ride and got him in to a great rhythm. He showed today what he has showed us at home and should be a horse with a nice future.

Winner! Ericsbar put in a polished round of jumping to win impressively today at Brafield-on-the-Green under a great waiting ride from Ed Glassonbury. Eeze a saint was unlucky jumping and travelling very easily before unseating 5 out. He’ll be winning another day.

Mister Splodge and Port Melon looking fantastic at Bangor point to point yesterday. Port Melon won nicely to make 2 from 2 since joining us and Mister Splodge was 4th. All have come back fresh and well this morning. Big thanks to JTW photography for the great pictures

Ericsbar ran a very good race to finish third today at Chaddesley Corbett behind 2 very smart 4 year olds from top yards having to give them both a stone. It was good to get a clean round with him and he jumped very well, he is settling miles better now in his races and hopefully he can continue to progress. He will find much easier assignments between now and the end of the season.

Port Melon winning comfortably at Bangor yesterday on which was his stable debut.

User

Great day at Bangor with Port Melon Winning well on debut for the yard. He seemed to love returning back to the pointing field to win comfortably be 4 lengths under a good ride by Harry Myddleton. Hopefully the Myddleton family should have loads of fun with him this season. Spoilt Sam ran a cracker to finish a good 2nd in a hot restricted, Under Cai Williams who gave him a great ride and Cai also rode his first winner today and a big well done to him who is a big part of the team at Stockton Hall. Eeze a Saint ran a solid race to finish 3rd on his pointing debut and should go very well next time, Mister Splodge also ran well to finish 3rd on ground quicker than ideal.
