Last 2 weeks of Friday Acro-Yoga sessions 7.30-8.30pm if anyone else fancy’s coming along tonight. Then for June, we will be doing a month of TRAPEZE 😀 Kicking off with u on Sunday 2nd June afternoon with a special weekend workshops , 1 for the little kids & one for big kids & adults.

Went to the Queen Anne’s Café today & saw this lovely old picture on the wall of where the cafe is now (old heritage centre) & also shows where are our fabulous pole studio is now!... Big building on the right. Which I believe was once a Sunday school.

Tickets for this Sunday £25 each or buy 2 for £20pp each . This was so much fun last time, so if you want to improve your handstand skills or just need help getting one then book on.
Pre-requisites: headstand/ kick up to wall to handstand or crow pose
